Probably not, in the download era. in 2007/2012 even some of her new releases often did not chart at all (Hey You, Revolver, Turn Up the Radio).

Probably yes, at the end of the physical era, let's say in 2004/05, when many Elvis' re-releases charted well and even hit no.1.
Physical editions of her previously non-UK singles would have easily charted, imo.
