This article is a big mess and it's already from March 03!

First they say are physical copies. Later that are singles only. Later say is just in US.

They say Elvis "It's Now or Never" sold 5.42 million units sold and is the seventh best-selling single of all time. - don't specify where but must be in US only.

Then they say "My Way" is Frank Sinatra best selling single with 989,000 sales (that's certainly in US only).

Later they even say that Michael Jackson numbers include 27 million vinyl copies of Thriller Is this still only in US? But now albums and singles?

They also say MJ sold more digital singles than he did physical singles (something we already knew - he died at the start of the peak for digital song sales).

When I search for Offline Marketing Company and see their website it's kind of weird how did they get this information - it seems this are just their predictions (based on whatever, they don't say) so they can promote themselves? They mainly do offline campaigns (deliver flyers and similar campaings).

This "study" or "research" or "whatever it is" cannot be find anywhere else online (at least I couldn't so far).

Numbers seem a bit low for being albums + singles from US only but it's possible.

Madonna only sold 75 million physical albums and singles in US?
And MJ only sold 79 million physical albums and singles since the early 70's?

This numbers don't match up nice with Billboard and RIAA (among other official entities) data that was released along the past decades

from what google translate told me when looking at their regulations page , I gathered that it's automatic for releases from and after February 28, 2017, if the item was released before that date, the label could provide data so it could be certified accordingly.
