Yes, IFPI never updates Catalog titles.

BS, STR and GHV2 could be candidates.

    Thanks, davidilac!

Celine is the #1 IFPI female . Over 50xP.

    GHV2 2
    American Life 1
    Hard Candy 1

    A few could be re-certified
    Also:
    Celebration 1
Confessions on a dance floor 4
ROL could be re-certified to 8x Platinum, but other than that I don't see which other album could be re-certified.

As far as I know IFPI rarely updates certs for old albums anyway.

Nope, "Ray of light" was her massive comeback in Europe (and everywhere of course), but ROL sold like 8million units in Europe alone. It was freaking huge.

Well it is a shipments figure so whoever said it, if they were referring to retail sales then they were possibly right.

"Jump" was the least impactful song on "Confessions" overall, however thats understandable as it was a 4th, probably if it had been the 3rd single it would've been way bigger than "Get together" as they performed similarly in the way they were released.
