      Very true, not only she has a big career there but she's also very consistent. Or was. ITZ might be eligible for 2x Platinum.

      She has 7 Top 5 albums in the country (including a #1) and 20 Top 10 singles.
      Yes. I know.

      Canada and Australia are two of the countries where Britney has the most amount of Multi-platinum albums in her career with 5. Do you know if there are other countries that match that? Maybe Russia or South Korea?

            • She's around 1.4-5 million albums, but only 2.4 million singles? She should be around 3 million

              • With "Pretty Girls" entering at #16 in UK, Britney collects her 29th top 20 entry in the UK chart, an outstanding stat when you learn she has officialy and commercialy released 34 singles in the UK (29 of them inside the top 20).

                • Let's appreciate "Britney" sales considering minimal radio support.

                  US = 5.4M
                  WW = 11,5M

                  US airplay - 71,3M (overall)
                  UK airplay - in both, year-end airplay charts 2001 & 2002 she didn't have a song in top 50

                  Same for the rest of the world. Thank God for MTV and Britney's hard core promo back then.

                    "Britney" did great for all the radio issues and lack of US hits it had. I don't know if there's another album from a pop star that has sold 5M in US without not even one top 20 single.

                    • It was also the 4th best selling album of 2001.

                      I really think it would've sold more in the U.S. with full radio support. Probably closer to 6 million.

                          ...

                          I would say even more. Singles are selling the album, not promo that we all crying for.
                          Yes, promo boots sales for some time. Depends is it Grammy performance or Kids Choice Awards performance, but it doesn't last very long.

                            Very impressive. I think it's also among the Top 60-70 best selling female albums of all time.

                            True. Definitely over 6 million tbh. It sold so well just based off her name and the huge success of her first two albums.
