      • Would be great if her next album debuted with sales above 100k as well

        • Well .. people criticize her a lot but yep, for 2 decades in the business she never debuted with less than 100K units on the Billboard 200 with any of her 9 studio albums (and never had any type of bundle or merch deal either).

I did this similar post some days ago ... But even if she never manages to do it ever again we should start appreciating the longevity she had a bit more. People are always way too hard on her but when you go and look back you really find that very few did it like her.

9 studio albums, 2 decades. All of her debuts (even with her 2 flop albums) with over 100K and all of her albums with Top 40 hits (even her 2 flop albums with Top 20 hits too).

“Glory” was released in the most old-fashioned and archaic way. No bundles, no merch deals, just 1 single for the release and opened with 111K units (the lead single also peaked at #17 on the Hot 100 twice) then she didn’t release a new single for the album in 3 months until “Slumber Party” got released and that one flopped but at least charted within the Hot 100.

                  • Greatest Hits: My Prerogative has been pressed on vinyl (10k), as well as a new color variant of Blackout (5k).

The demand is insane. GH:MP will probably re-enter the BB200 thanks to streaming, too.

well if she plays her cards right she can have a cute era and semi successful debut.. i mean she destroys her carreer since 2011 with tho decisions.....
                        every era was messed up...
but i dont have any hopes either way... its britney after all.. but its sad to see so many potentials for a greater career and legacy getting wasted...

                        • So GH MP could sell 10k pure upon release??? If we add some streams to that, could she potentially reach top 100 on billboard 200 or am I missing something?
