I emailed PARI (Philippine Association of the Record Industry) to ask for Britney's album stats. I got a reply declining my request. They say it needs a request from Sony Music for them to release Brit's Stat. Below is what I found in the net from one of the Filipino Forums.

Britney Spears Record Sales in Philippines
Here are the certifications that Britney Spears received here in the Philippines. From her Debut Album until to her first Greatest Hits album.

"...Baby One More Time" 13x Platinum
"Oops! I Did It Again" 11x Platinum
    "Britney" 4x Platinum
    "In The Zone" 2x Platinum
"Greatest Hits: My Prerogative" 2x Platinum

These figures certifications are confirmed by her music label, RCA Records, a unit of Sony Music Entertaiment.
    http://www.britney.com/us/highlights

I don't have any sources about the certifications of her new recent albums right now. But I can consider Britney Spears as one of the best selling artist here in Philippines.

As I calculated, Britney sold 1,280,000 units of album here in Philippines. Using the figures that have been used by PARI before.

The FF tour only became her second highest grossing tour because of the high ticket prices. Most of the dates were not sold out. I don't want to downplay the tour's performance but attendance-wise it wasn't that great. I guess the money is what really counts though.

    Billboard Greatest of All Time

    Billboard 200 Albums
    #41 ...Baby One More Time

    Billboard 200 Artists
    #39 Britney Spears

I take it the list is compiled by points? Like '21' being #1 even though BOMT, COO, and many other albums have sold more.

I had no idea of the Japanese certifications, where did you get them from?

Yasss, Vegas is slaying. I need to get my ass in there next year and get her to $100 million.
Sony Music Japan reported them in 2007 during the release of Blackout. I remember that they gave some album sales too (Baby 700k, Oops 575k, Britney 450k, In the Zone 550k, Greatest Hits: My Prerogative 850k). It would not surprise me if she has more singles eligible for a certification!

The WW album sales. I know she has sold a lot but she could have sold even more...damn you K Fed. So much potential.
