Can’t wait to see its streams skyrocket when she re-releases it as B10's lead single.

Why would she re-release this song?

                        600 million
                        Blackout -- April 23 (112 days)
                        Femme Fatale -- November 22 (325 days)

                        400 million
                        Glory -- February 9 (40 days)

                        *Including combined versions of 'Crazy'.

The average daily streams for each album in 2021:

                        In the Zone -- 644K
                        Blackout -- 567K
                        Circus -- 566K
                        Oops!...I Did It Again -- 502K
...Baby One More Time -- 502K
                        Femme Fatale -- 301K
                        Glory -- 150K
                        - 'Glory' will hit the milestone later because the current daily number is lower than the average.
                        - 'Britney' would finish the year with 398 million based on the daily average in 2021 (222K), so it's possible for it to hit 400 million in 2022.
                        - 'Oops' would finish the year with 895 million, so 900 million in January next year. We could work in this one as well to make it hit the milestone this year.

It had one big award show performance during its debut week (which clearly worked as Make Me re-peaked at #17) and a pre-recorded morning show appearance from Vegas a few days later before the campaign was abandoned for good. That's not "plenty".

Plenty of promotion biggest since circus? It has little to no play listing reach and it still managed to do 18M in a debut despite divided fans - it had only VMAs hype and Make Me worked as well on BB charts despite that it had 2 singles even Baby one more time a 99 album had more than this now artists release 5-6 singles slowly and slowly to build the hype.
She couldn't perform the songs much on her tours as well she said the same as well, project was completely abandoned by her team in 2020 a re-issue happened without even a CD and just one variant of Vinyl I don't know what you mean my promotion but songs weren't sent to the radios much - didn't have much playlisting - no era was carved out - and only 1-2 variants of vinyls being available.
I don't know your definition of promotion but glory had little to no promotion.

I think you are living in the 90s when promotion meant - a lot of performances - interviews etc now a days this isn't needed for 'promotion' you need 'playlisting' and your songs need to be sent out to the radios in different formats which Glory had hardly to none. Glory was selling great in Brazil and other countries but they mishandled the shipping and probably the demand too - Make Me re-peaked at #17 after the VMAs so that worked too for her now a radio interview which apart from fans people don't even listen to doesn't mean 'promotion'. Artists are putting up 5-6 videos - multiple versions of singles - remixes etc to promote their album which Glory had none.
I think you weren't around 'Circus' era that era was huge and her songs were everywhere, if Glory had promotion then it would've had playlisting too which it didn't have much hence glory is a very fan contained project and streams show that too.

Because RCA sucks and Britney's (former) team didn't even let her perform any new material besides the lead single and an album track. The second single had 0 promo whatsoever. She complained about this on Instagram last week.

Glory has many performances in the UK tho those were so late that had almost no effect, but is nowhere close to Femme Fatale promo in the US
