Is it just me or does this era feel quite underwhelming? Very few singles. Really front loaded regarding promo & hype. It’s sold great cause it’s Adele but it’s quite very quiet!

Yes, it's a huge disappointment. Let's be real - this era has or had just one proper single...It looks like she completely doesn't care about this effort. And to be honest, I also don't buy this era at all :/ Love some tracks, but overall I find it so fake. Her attitude has changed a lot - it's not that Adele people felt in love.
I think the era is done. I Drink Wine was supposed to be a single, but all we hear is silence. Even that Vegas thing won't recover this album IMO.
Considering circumstances (1 big single + only 2 TV shows), it did its job last year and that's all - best selling album of the year with very solid numbers. Anyway - for me - it's still a huge letdown.
Why is the album free falling everywhere. The album is amazing and deserves the success she had with her first 3 albums. Are people not patient enough for 6-7 minute songs or they just don’t want ballads from her anymore? It’s very strange. Can I get it and I drink wine should be the last singles. If those don’t do anything then the era is definitely over.

I agree; I guess as consumers move quicker and quicker you need to work to maintain interest now beyond just letting the music sell itself. Still, the album has outdone most/all competitors regardless, so props to her for that! Solid piece of work.
