You should deal with the whole spectrum of acts between newcomers and veterans.
Tina Turner, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Wonder, Cher, Cliff Richard, Barbra Streisand etc. These are veteran acts, not Beyonce, for god's sake, lol.

Those artists you mentioned are at the end of their careers, retired or haven't delivered a complete work for years. They are more than veterans clearly.

To be considered a veteran, does the artist need to be 80 years old and have a career of 60 years? Your statement has no logic whatsoever. An artist with a 25-year career is obviously already a veteran. Have common sense.
