Well, not necessarily. There's less than 650k difference in listeners between Madge and Mimi. Even accounting for that, the continent rankings would not likely change.

I suspect that Madonna's got a wider lead in Europe and Mariah's lead in NA is narrower. That would be more than enough to account for the difference without changing the rank.

Anyway. Both of our girls are doing really well on Spotify for pre streaming era artists. There's plenty for all of us to celebrate.
