In Madrid she performed in a 15k people venue but the 3rd floor was curtained. According to the press, she performed for 7,500 in Madrid. So it's half the capacity of the venue. It's no different to what Christina Aguilera did here with her show at the Mohegan Sun Arena - she reported an 88% sell-out having sold 6,051 / 6,840 tickets in an arena that can hold 10,000+ for concerts.

These numbers are promoter driven - the promoter reports them, and as already reported: if the promoter wants to report a 100% sell-out, they will (it's the same for every single artist).

In Madrid they have to relocate people, because they sold tickets in the upper front but some areas were unsold, so they relocate people (smartly). Also, Wizink center isn't 15000 people for concerts, maybe when the floor is standing, but with the seats in the floor area the capacity is less.

not bad, so since 2016 she has grossed $2,013,561 from 3 French shows, with an attendance of 21,245. I wonder if there will be a Caution World Tour date in Paris later this year.

This is the 2nd year she perfom the Christmas show in Europe, in 2016 she dud the SSFT. She has to do Pais, it's one of the most important cities in Europe. But she needs a promotion tour.
