Totally agree with you seems low for three days and all those formats, oh well i hope she dont take offense and snub U.k next time it used to be such a market for her but times change music changes etc :( Oh well we have another video coming soon

    • A question: I bought the double CD + MC + I Rise vinyl. Do they count as two copies sold (MC and CD) or as one (boxset)?

          • shame how they handled this release, a masterpiece album that badly needs a hit single to have legs on the charts, Medellin did just ok, God Control and Faz Gastoso would do much more

there is still hope if they promote those two songs, the album is much closer to the average listener than Rebel Heart was

her image hurt is partly to blame too, started with Give Me All Your Luvin' cheap lead single in 2012 and went downhill from there...

fingers crossed for a US No1, will be well deserved if she gets it

Not to sound dramatic but it would be a tragedy if she’d lost it , especially after the first promising prediction...... but with M you never know.....

Every song increased today. It's just the daily flow of Spotify. The songs with more plays always increase more because it's a % thing. She should be stable on Spotify for now, so something above 2m daily streams a day for now.

Stop blaming the MDNA for her "bad image". Madonna has always been a divisive figure, the thing is, that used to work for her earlier in her career. The GP is really uncomfortable by a woman of her age doing what she does, plus she's not an underdog nor she will ever be, so she doesn't follow current narratives. She's not your average pop star, look at Taylor's or Cher's output - completely safe. Also, M herself has done a great deal to "hurt" her image, unintendedly or purposefully (from her fall at the BRITS to her bad performance at Eurovision or her "bantering" with Sir Ian McKellen).

The charts offer us a good barometer of all of this... Hops she can at least stick to that #2 in the UK. Let's see how things are developing in the USA and what HITS will say later today in their update.

                      • She hurt her image with her latest appearances too. I mean, i miss her interviews where she goes and just talks about her album influences etc. That's a proper promo interview, Graham Norton show was weird, Madonna was awkward, he was weird, the whole interview.

The album has nice messages, analyze them, talk about them, focus on that instead of your IG pics, the people will be more interested to the album... she also needs to come with something else, she wears same outfits since the beggining of the era, they don't look that cute. The outfits in her Vogue magazine fit perfect for that era.

                        • There was nothing weird with the Graham Norton interview, actially she was very funny in it. Do you people always live in a drama?

                          • ^I watched the interview yesterday evening and thought she was great. Then I checked the comments (and I don't know why as usually I rarely check them) and was surprised to see how people were put off by her and claimed she was disrespectful and nasty.

But I actually do get how people can see her that way as I myself find myself in a similar situations a lot because I have a similar way of making jokes and talking that often gets misread as being a bit rude and distant.

I agree with everything you said! I don't blame MDNA, just the lead single (love the album)

she was very hyped back then and she released a very cheap lead song that actually went with flow which wasn't her, Love Spent would do a better job, or Girl Gone Wild as lead at least, and she could even do Gang Bang later to be controversial younger audience Madonna, but sorry, Give Me All Your Lovin' was when she lost some image in her traditional audience eyes, in my opinion always

Father’s Day has no impact on DIGITAL charts. It has impact on Physicals, not digital.
Besides, Father’s Day is celebrated at different dates in many countries. So it’s not global.

                                                  I see Bruce at #14, not #16.
His album is still #1 in 16 countries (14 of them big countries, including those where it was Father’s Day this Sunday). So definitely no “post Father’s Day effect”.
Madame X is #1 in 6 countries now (2 big countries, Brazil and Russia). She’s higher overall than him, though, because of songs.
