Great sales! I think we all can agree that 3x Platinum in the US and 5x Platinum in the UK are in the bag during Christmas and early 2019.

BluRay and DVDs are selling like hotcakes and I expect many more sales and streams for the BlackFriday and Christmas period. It will be interesting to see

Considering that the album is still at No. 3 in the UK, I wouldn't rule out a future return to No. 1 with that re-edition. What an impressive chart performance there by the way: 39 weeks in the top 3, including 21 (!) weeks at No. 1. Every time the album starts to decrease (mildly) saleswise, it gets a sudden sales increase the upcoming week . It would be crazy, but albums with that chart trajectory are the ones that get a new sales peak in Christmas week in the UK.

The album (released via Fox/20th Century Fox/Atlantic Records) features an array of chart-topping musicians covering songs from the former No. 1 soundtrack to The Greatest Showman. Among the familiar names on the new album: Panic! at the Disco (covering “The Greatest Show”), P!nk (“A Million Dreams”), Zac Brown Band (“From Now On”) and James Arthur and Anne-Marie (“Rewrite the Stars”).

The Reimagined album follows in the footsteps of another Atlantic Records refresher set, the chart-topping The Hamilton Mixtape (released via Hamilton Uptown/Atlantic). The Hamilton Mixtape set boasts a bevy of stars covering and reinterpreting tunes from the top 10-charting Original Broadway Cast Recording of Hamilton: An American Musical.

                                            DECK THE TOP 20

Post-Thanksgiving week projections are subject to a greater margin of error than usual. The projections as well as the ranking will be impacted by several things this week. The release of 6ix9ine's album, Dummy Boy, just happened; Travis Scott just posted new merchandise bundles; the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting ceremony is tomorrow night followed by John Legend's Christmas special.

Travis Scott's 'Astroworld' Returns to No. 1 on Billboard 200 Chart, 6ix9ine's 'Dummy Boy' Debuts at No. 2
                                              12/2/2018 by Keith Caulfield

Rounding out the new top 10, previous chart-topper The Greatest Showman soundtrack (climbing 19-9 with 35,000 units; up 22 percent)

The Showman album rises thanks to SEA and TEA units earned by a deluxe edition of the set that includes the new tracks from The Greatest Showman: Reimagined compilation (which falls 3-31 in its second week).

Am I reading wrong or are they counting both albums sales separately but the TEA and SEA of the Reimagined version are counted for the regular edition of the OST? :-?
