If I’m not wrong, ACR is not applied on the sub charts while it is on the main chart. Which explains the difference.
If Shallow wasn’t on ACR, with those positions on the sales and streaming charts it would probably be Top 50.

For example Blinding Lights is #30 on sales and #23 on streaming... which should mean a Top 25 placement. But it’s #46 on the main chart because of ACR.

It'll need to surpass Sia to hold ahead of Mariah during its Christmas run this year. Mariah's campaign with AIWFCIY gets earlier each year here and it adds a few weeks (it may surpass Sia this Christmas and overall will be the longest female #1 here in time). Hopefully Shallow can keep charting for a while longer and get the record for a couple of years!

Shallow has remained in the same position as last week on the streaming chart even climbing 20 spots on Spotify UK weekly and obviously climbing on all other streaming platforms, which is very weird... Also, it went up 50 positions on the sales chart (I know that pure sales are almost insignificant but still)

All this to only move up 2 positions on the main chart?
