        • Shallow is not a "female song". It is a duet with a male vocalist.

It remains a song by a female artist whether you like it or not.

            • Shallow. The mega super smash. What a classic. Gaga having such a huge hit in the second decade of her career is so so so so nice

Not to mention, in terms of female albums, only Billie's debut has surpassed A Star Is Born worldwide since its release. A juggernaut of a project overall the likes of which nobody has had in the modern era:

-Massive smash-hit single with insane longevity worldwide
                -Huge soundtrack album sales
-Awards galore: Oscar + 4 x Grammys (of 7 noms) + BAFTA + Golden Globe + Critic's Choice Award + countless other soundtrack awards
-Box office success, massive return on a small production cost
-Acclaimed movie and performance, Best Actress nominations across all major awards and wins for Critic's Choice and National Review Board

The fact that Shallow is LG & BC and not the album is hilariously stupid. Most people tabulating add it as part of Gaga's totals, and even OCC mention it when discussing Gaga's albums:

One more week and it can go joint-Top 10, although Fairytale of New York (and Mariah at 107 weeks currently) will add weeks every December. Hopefully it can hold out and surpass Sia.
