    • @Germany Although, as correctly pointed out, the album shows her best performance since 'Born This Way', you might notice that the album has so far peaked lower than in most other countries. This might have to do with the album's price as it is apparently lower than the one of other albums (which could also mean that 'A Star Is Born' sells less physical copies and more digital or streaming copies). On the sales-based chart, it once again rose to No. 2, selling 94% of the No. 1 album. On the less positive side, it looks like it was another slow sales week overall, so probably another ~ 14k for Gaga/Cooper, which still brings them closer to the gold threshold (which would be her first since 'Born This Way').
Is it offensive to fall in love with you and everything you do
      and everything you stand for?
Could I break through your invisible wall, could I hide my pride for once,
just to tell you that I see more?

                    • they’re probably waiting for Platinum to certify in Australia, at least, I hope. Still Joanne is Gold for sure and won’t go platinum anytime soon so a mess they didn’t certify it?

Universal Australia have ben incredibly lazy to certify their singles and albums this year. It's not too surprising not to see Shallow and A Star Is Born uncertified unfortunately.

Seriously, we're not appreciating enough this slayage.
It's not fair to compare Joanne to a huge movie soundtrack imo.

Well Joanne wasn't the type of sound for France anyway. And barely promoted there.

$200 million in US, yes. In a month, probably. It'll be at $178 million or so this weekend.
It will add close to 10 million abroad this weekend.
$350 million are in the bag before year end.

If it's a hit in Japan (where it's released on 21 Dec) and if it gets a Chinese release (which still hasn't, according to IMDB), it will reach 400 million.

+1 I love many songs from this soundtrack but “Always Remember Us This Way” is by far the best one, an instant classic, a treasure.

A Star Is Born earned another $8.01 million (-27%) in its sixth weekend to bring its domestic cume to $178m. The legs on this movie, as it continues to lose screens, are remarkable. It has yet to drop below 33.7% from weekend-to-weekend. It has already passed the $174m lifetime gross of The Greatest Showman to become essentially the third-biggest live-action musical over the last 44 years. Barring a fluke, the Bradley Cooper/Lady Gaga romantic drama should hit $200m domestic by the end. Oh, and the $36m-budgeted Oscar front-runner has earned $322m worldwide. Once again, live-action musicals are and will continue to remain a theatrical-worthy genre in our VOD/Netflix era.
