            When will we learn about Japan box office gross and the effect of release of the movie on album sales?

                  Japan charts are still Monday-Sunday. The movie premiered this Friday, so this week’s chart (published on Wednesday) will only reflect three days since the movie release.
                  It will climb this week already, though. But probably a new peak next week.

                  I don’t think it’s going to flop but won’t be a smash there, IMO.
                  Too country for Japan’s taste.

                    And it’s back to #1 in Album Sales this week.

                    Could it climb to #1 on BB200 next week considering it’s back at #1 on iTunes and (I think) there are no big new releases this week?

                          Shallow should be certified Platinum next week probably.

                              Hopefully Top 40 tomorrow (new peak) in the main physicals chart and then a new peak next week.

                              And considering it's been Top 10 on iTunes all week, let's see where it lands on the new combined chart.

                                Apparently not until a few weeks actually.
                                ~28,100 pures sales => 4,2M + ~15,1M streams = ~19,3M streams equivalent

                                Platinum = 30M streams equivalent

                                                  I couldn’t find sales for this week, but considering #1s in Canada sell 12-18k or so on normal weeks, I think it must have been 18-20k this week (Xmas week).

                                                  So, this week:

                                                  29k UK

                                                  159.3k just with those 5.

                                                  I guess around 220-230k worldwide.
