    Nice try.

Also you can reverse it and say "those who credit Gaga for ASIB success will start saying that OST is different than studio album once LG6 doesn't reach ASIB numbers"? Can we wait and see how the numbers turn out first before we start pointing fingers and blaming?

And you're right about genre, that's actually what I was thinking about when I wrote that it depends on the first single.

It was not aimed to you... We haven’t had those kind of comments in here, thankfully. More of a ATRL/Stan twitter issue.
      So don’t take it personal.

I don’t think it can be reversed...
I think every Gaga fan would agree that:
      1. The fact that it’s an OST gave it an exposure a regular album cannot always have and thus benefits its sales
      2. That doesn’t mean every OST and its singles are guaranteed to be a mega hit worldwide
      3. The vast majority of the songs on the OST are written and performed by Gaga. It’s not a various artists OST. So credit to Gaga.
      4. Her next album won’t match the sales and impact of ASIB

I see no contradictions. Credit to Gaga because it’s her songs. Credit to the boost that OST have. And being completely aware that her next solo studio album will (or should) benefit from the ASIB huge success but will perform as a regular studio album.

      • Before discussing all possible scenarios, let's wait until Gaga's next album will actually be released. There are Bodyguard-My Love Is Your Love cases (next studio album's did not match the soundtrack's success) as well as Evita-Ray of Light cases (next studio album's did match the sountrack's success)...

        • I'm not even thinking about her new album's sales at this point. I'm just thinking about the big, successful era, Gaga is having right now.

Something like 300 spins away from Maroon 5's Girls Like You. Since AC is a small format, it'll took only 2 or 3 weeks to surpass them.

                • Wonder what would've happened if radio was on board from the beginning (for Shallow) ? Probably more weeks in top 10?

@Million, you’ve already received two infractions and it really really looks like you’re looking for a ban.

You need to stop with that excessive stanning and then attacking other users with the artist on their avatars.
We can all celebrate the success of ASIB without attacking anyone else or bringing other artists.

                            Back to topic.

Tell this to anyone who comes to mess up the topic by throwing unnecessary shades and bringing names that aren't about the artist of that topic just for envy about Gaga's success. You're blaming the wrong person. If I am penalized, then those people who try to mess things up around here should also be. Do your work fairly.

If you come with posts like "There will never be any artist who can sing, dance, produce, act like Gaga and if there's one it's still to be born", etc. etc. which have nothing to do in chart analysis, it's normal, and it's actually what it seems you were expecting, that someone will come and say X or Y artist can do it too. It's their opinion.

It's YOU who started that. Then someone said Janet could do that too and you decided to attack him with Britney because it was the artist on his avatar. And then, when he, rightfully, told you Britney had nothing to do here, you went on and on talking about Britney's lack of talent.

So don't have the nerve to tell me other people come here to throw shade or bring other artists.

I don't know if you're used to this kind of posting in other forums or in stan twitter wars, but this is not the place for you if you plan to keep on with that attitude.

Believe me, I'm bein very very patient with you and I'm being fair giving infractions or warnings to those who deserve it. Not only you. So don't tell me how to do my work.
