I am yet to hear the full album, but from the songs released so far GYU is the weakest choice for a single.

And I just noticed how you avi is disturbing Didolover.

I just checked GWGA OP (nice job @NoAngel)

I forgot the fact that album had great peaks and even had some kind of longevity on charts! I thought it was out everywhere after week or two... I guess this one will pull Glory/Liberation, but hey, at least she's not on Nelly F level

Well, yes. Even though End of Night flopped, it kept album on charts for a few months. If they'd released third single, it could've gone gold. But I guess Sony wanted more instant success.

How is Give You Up doing on radios in UK? If I'm not mistaken, No Freedom peaked at #12 on overall Radio chart.

Just realized this is the first time she topped itunes chart in UK! Print screen while you can!

GWGA actually did quite bad on itunes, I think it peaked at #3 and was up and down in top 10 the whole week.

GWGA ended up selling 32,867 copies in first week, I hope she can sell 20k this week! And maybe debut in top 3. That would be amazing. Keep in mind that No Freedom was bigger hit than GYU and GWGA era was hyped as her big comeback era

What are your predictions guys?

40K is possible, even more in the UK. #1 is possible

I think she has a possibility to debut at 1 or 2, it all depends on Sigrid performance in the next days and also if Dido receive well streaming numbers -we know she didn't but i'm talking for her standars-.
Also tour bundle is including in the UK and US and the last promo is on Sunday so I think she obviously will debut 1 or 2.
I don't know about sales, but 25k is the less than i can expect seeing how it's doing right now and the promo that is lined up, but it'll be lower than 40k

She has officially reached no.1 on the worldwide iTunes albums. It may not last long, but she's done it!

Great slots. For sure she ll add some more morning interviews such as BBC Breakfast, Lorraine or This Morning.
I have also noted than QVC shop channel can help sell good numbers of albums in the UK, so could be an idea.

Tour bundle is for US only. But top 3 would be great. Let's see One Show effect. It has good ratings, but I'm not sure it's her audience. Yesterday I saw little backlash on twitter, because she got a lot air time on BBC 5,which is mainly news channel.

Top 100 placement in US would be success, I don't think bundle will help, she's doing really small venues.

It's not ok to discredit Give You Up just because you don't like it. There were many listening parties and each time GYU got the best response. The thing that it's the best received song on US radio is saying something. In the UK it showed far better longevity than No Freedom even though NF had better radio support. GYP is already higher on iTunes than NF ever was almost ist 2 months after the release. It's not surprising that first tracks receive significant attention on the release day, but it's clear that Hurricanes wouldn't work as radio single. And just because it has better position in certain moment on iTunes, it doesn't mean it's outcharting anything.

I just found the light with Mad Love and Walking By and Have To Stay that are the ones that I didn't feel on first listens.
The album is such a grower and also have a lot of minimun detalis and vocales behind that made the album such a masterpiece.
I'm really happy with this album and I see that Dido too

Currently 'Still on my Mind holds a Metacritic score of 72, her 2nd highest after 'Safe Trip Home'.
