Is there any data on whether Whitney's 2000 The Greatest Hits is eligible for 6XP Award yet in the US? Last time I looked, the double-CD set sold about 2.9 mln copies i think. Thanks
It's eligible for 5xp at least.

When Whitney died, The GH was at 1.741 million. It has not sold 1.2 million copies in the last 6 years.

I am shocked as well, but I hear that song everywhere. Theres a new commercial that is played in the US it has IWD in it.

the Whitney album should be at least diamond by now when arista records decides to file for a re-certification as I wish Columbia records would for Mariah Carey's Merry Christmas 6 x platinum at minimum and Rainbow 4 x platinum at minimum it was certified 3 x platinum within a month of release in December 1999

If more stream IWDWS, So Emotional, WDBHG and Didn't We Almost Have It All, we might can get 10m SPS. Here's to hope! They did say the album was like less than 170k from that magic number. It deserves a diamond certification after MJ fans waited long for Bad to get that certification.

But are those streams counted for Whitney or are they counted for the greatest hits collection? Isn’t that how it works, streams can’t be counted for the parent album and a greatest hits collection?
