You can't...its impossible.....record labels don't even know the actual sales, thats why they estimate what artist sold. There are only like 50 countires that count. There are over 200 countries.

150 countries in which 5 copies sold are enough to be #1

It's possible!
They know the exact figures too, why? They had to pay taxes to government of course, they had independent accountants to audit them.
They won't estimate, but probably PR estimates but not label.

That act and the music that goes with it — more than a dozen studio albums of strict blues-riff grammar, lewd vocal snarl and bull-elephant charge — have made AC/DC one of the biggest bands in the world. Their 1980 album, Back in Black, has sold 22 million copies in the U.S. alone. Over the past two years, AC/DC are second only to the Beatles in U.S. catalog sales, and they've sold a combined 23 million albums and DVDs worldwide since 2003, when the band moved from its longtime label, Atlantic, to Sony Music. And AC/DC's new Columbia album, Black Ice, their first studio release in eight years, is poised to be the bestselling rock album of 2008. Advance shipments by Wal-Mart, the album's exclusive retail outlet, to its stores reportedly totaled 2.5 million copies.

Thank you, Dane, some of the sales figures reported in recent months start making sense to me. They were claiming 17-18 million records since 2003 and now 23 million, which is supposed to include the shipments of their recent album...

Yes, they're all there!
Well, except for boxset "Bonfire".
I wonder what kept them from #1 spot?
That's Repenti, by Renan Luce, a new young French singer. The album sold in excess of 600k and was moved to the catalog chart 1 month ago because it is 2 years old, while it was still top 10 only 2 weeks before!

It looks like a special AC/DC chart
Salut MJ, j'espere que vous etes bien. Can we still get the comprehensive chart positions for these & if so where from?
Hi RollingBob, the SNEP was supposed to send it to ChartsInFrance from last week among their charts, but the Comprehensive chart still missing from their files. I'm trying to get it by myself, maybe in the next 1-2 weeks, it is on a good way but nothing safe right now :(
