This may be of interest to Hernan and a few others, recently stumbled across an advert in Billboard magazine form the April 29th 2006 issue. It's a Queen advert from Hollywood Records celebrating Queen being featured in the VH1 Rock Honours. It states what I presume is over 40,000,000 albums sold in America and confirms in excess of 10,000,000 copies of Queen's Greatest Hits sold in the US, so it should be Diamond in award status, plus sales from the last 11 years!
Below is the link to the advert, it's on Page 2

Thanks for your updates, Nippian. It's been more than one year since we haven't got album results. I have to say that the digital track sales have dropped, but the streaming data have registered an impressive improvement. Streaming is getting more and more decisive. I think Bohemian Rhapsody is not far from its 5th Platinum, as it has sold more than 4,400,000 digital copies. It depends on how much the streaming market will be decisive in the global amount.

With Queen, can't find the last time they charted with the original Greatest Hits album - for a long time now, they've been charting with the remastered version which is at almost 300 weeks on the chart.
