1. Celine Dion (1992) - 3 million sold including BMG Music Club sales (without streaming), certified 2 x Platinum,
2. All the Way... A Decade of Song (1999) - 9.4 million sold including BMG Music Club sales (without streaming), certified 7 x Platinum,
3. The Collector's Series, Volume One (2000) - 1 million sold (without streaming), certified Gold,
4. My Love: Essential Collection (2008) - 0.7 million sold (without streaming), not certified at all

My Love: Ultimate Essential Collection includes some tracks not featured on previous US albums, so with SPS it could be at 1 million.
Same with The Collector's Series, Volume One - 1 million.
Album Celine Dion from 1992 also easily should be over 3 million.
It's assuming that streams for other songs are counted for the original albums (labels can ask RIAA to count them for the greatest hits album).

TCOML is the only album with big difference between sales we got and the certification. It must have sold over a million copies through music clubs, which SoundDscan doesn't count. But we never got those numbers.

I'm aware, that's why I wrote: "assuming these are streams of all songs". And in the previous post "assuming that streams for other songs are counted for the original albums (labels can ask RIAA to count them for the greatest hits album)". We don't hava SPS data just for new songs on the compilations.

And PQTME is normally 61-64k during Fridays and Saturdays which invalidates your "new peak".
