    Hi mate

I don't know about current Italian sales but they should at least be aroud 60,000 copies. Regarding the gold record list, I guess that Greek certification requirements were 25,000 copies for both Txf and Vxi (need some confirmation)

AMOLAD has dropped out of charts almost everywhere around the world. I am making a rough estimate of the sales of this album countrywise until now. The figures may be slightly off the mark for certain countries, but not by much. The total sales come to around 950,000. Adding a 5% error margin, the sales might be anywhere between 900k and 1 Million.

The following are the figures country wise:

      US 135,000
      UK 115,000
      Germany 95,000
      Italy 60,000
      Canada 60,000
      France 42,000
      Sweden 40,000
      Japan 35,000
      Finland 35,000
      Brazil 30,000
      Spain 30,000
      Norway 25,000
      Netherlands 25,000
      Switzerland 20,000
      Greece 15,000
      Austria 12,000
      Denmark 12,000
      India 10,000
      Russia 10,000
      Poland 10,000
      Argentina 10,000
      Australia 10,000
      Belgium 8,000
      Czech Rep 8,000
      Hungary 5,000
      Ireland 4,000
      New Zealand 3,000
      Rest Of World 60,000

In the US, the album has now reached the 150,000 mark! This is quite significant as it's only taken AMOLAD 4 months to do this. Dance Of Death took 2 and a half years to reach that sales total!

The album has also spent 16 weeks on the Billboard Top Independent Albums chart so far.

It means 9000 sold during the last 2 weeks, not bad
It reached the 150000 mark almost as fast as Brave new world (3 months+)

Yes, that bodes well for long-term sales. It will manage 200,000 sold in the US by September 2007.

Nothing surprising about the UK re-entry. They've just finished an arena tour in the UK and released a new single. The album was bound to re-enter at some point.

Is that an estimate or a rounded soundscan figure?

If you check http://www.hitlistan.se/, and look at the midprice-chart, week 28 2005, it say that both killers and live after death are gold in addion to the already mentioned.

Rock in rio dvd, and visions of the beast are also gold. That means 10 000+ sales. But i think rock in rio is very close to go platinum as it is on the chart very often, and has spend 98 weeks on the top 20 (the chart has 20 places).
