I wanted to see the album higher in Australia, but I can't complain about anything else.

YAY for 415k in US - hopefully it will end up with 425k.

Yeah #6 is surprising, considering their last album went 5x Platinum (350,000) in Australia.

73,517 sales in the UK this week. They are consistent over in the UK - I think they could do another 45-50k this week.

I predict this will be number 1 this week. The only other album I could see in that spot is Linkin Park's Minutes To Midnight.

So you think this album will not sell well? :-?

IMO it has enough good songs to become hit singles.

"good songs" and "hit" are two words that only sometimes are togheter imho.
more than 70% of hit are bad songs..maybe are good for what want to be : "hit" but aren't "good songs" at all.

second, all depends by the airplay, single choice and promotions..could be also all possibly "hit songs" on the album but if the media start to forgive them they will flop.

i think that the mega success of first album was a "surprise" and they was lucky to become the pop band of the moment..but now will be more difficult become again the pop band of the moment.
they aren't already a "big" band..a lot of people,at least here (and SAJ had a great success) continue to say "maroon who?"

This isn't that great of an album in truth. A lot of the tracks seem like carbon copies of singles off 'SAJ'.

Nevertheless good first week sales in the UK & US.

                                            Ireland: 3-4

                                            Australia: 6-5

Spain: debuts at 6 (I think)

Expected to do another 180k in the US this week - a 56% drop. Not bad.

The biggest-selling album, for the second week in a row, was Maroon 5ís It Wonít Be Soon Before Long, with 39,862 takers. Thatís the fourth lowest tally to secure the number one slot in the last 20 weeks but still nearly 50% more than the 26,663 copies Linkin Parkís Minutes To Midnight sold to remain in runners-up position.
