I thought with the BBMAs the grosses would have been higher but they're about $150,000 down on the last leg. It makes no sense alfiebot as I was checking tickemaster and four of the shows should have had ticket sales over 5000. The lowest was the 4th August with about 4400 sold, but the average is 3418? It doesn't add up at all! I have contacted Billboard in case it is a mistake but I doubt it.

New numbers finally in for Chers shows. I had been tracking the Vegas shows and on average the shows were selling 4800 tickets but these numbers say 3418? I think these numbers must be wrong, this leg was selling more tickets than the last leg but the numbers are lower?

Thanks Debs for the link, funny to see so many songs being counted as million sellers with actual sales way bellow that...

Anyway, too bad BPI doesn't certify records with sales accumulated prior to 1994, I would love to see The Shoop Shoop Song getting that Platinum certification, its sales were more than 500k by the mid 90s, so with streaming it's definitely over 600k. And I think there would also be many nice surprises with other records getting certs too, especially some compilations.

    It absolutely is this way!
E.g. Cher's We All Sleep Alone charted in Billboard Hot 100 top 20 - we get no info about sales. Cher's I Found Someone charted within top 10! in Bollboard Hot 100 - still we get no certification, no info about its sales. And it doesn't mean they sold 0 copies, lol.. since they charted that high.
