All of Taylor's albums have insane longevity. I don't know why anyone expected Lover to behave any differently. I think a lot of stans have a hard time accepting that Taylor is so big which leads to these labels or weird narratives getting traction.
It's the same with the argument that it has no hits. Pretty sure all three of the first singles are nearing 4x platinum and even Cruel Summer is now behaving like a smash catalog single. Time truly the ultimate truth teller
