Janet must be one of the biggest female touring acts in the 90s with RN, janet and TVR world tours.
13M in 1995 and it of course continued to sell in the US and elsewhere after that.

Of course! I think people forget, Janet was certified 6xp only 11 months after it's release, it still charted in 1995 and made the year end charts 93, 94, 95 and was sold through BMG. She just doesn't care about certifications. Look how many shes due! She'll probably see a boost of 15-20 million in total certifications if not more.

The International albums chart was published by Singapore newspaper The Straits Times. The chart was official and compiled by the RIAS, formerly known as the SPVA. The formula was "sales figures from record companies, retailers and radio station charts".

The articles are not accessible to me but you can see a preview of the weekly charts using this search engine (usually just the Top 5 and sometimes only the Top 2 is visible). Many weeks are missing and I could not find any earlier weeks.
