Wow. Pretty great since she isn't promoting it. Does she even know this is out? lol

      • The Janet Jackson Japanese Singles Collection Greatest Hits package is currently #1 on both Amazon Japan’s Pop and R&B Best Sellers charts.

I didn't know the 50 greatest hits remix collection of Madonna U.S. #1 records was available in Japan as well it's #3 on the Pop seller of Amazon but anyway Janet is #1.

She should've posted it on her ACTUAL IG. Putting it in the story doesn't quite help with increasing views.

In better news, the video for "Love Will Never Do (Without You)" reached 1 million views on YouTube.

If Pleasure Principle went top 10, she would have had 24 consecutive top 10 singles. Imagine that!

Right. She'd be so far from the others. Just amazing that The Pleasure Principle only got to number 14. And Diamonds wasn't credited to her on the pop side (as it should've IMHO).

Definitely mismanaged. It's a shame. She was definitely one of the biggest pop divas of her era and yet compared to Madonna, Whitney and Mariah, she gets little attention.

Neither she's credited for Diamonds or What's It Gonna Be when she should have.

Her not being credited for WIGB on the Hot 100 surprised me.

That's why I always mention, imagine her Hot 100 stats if her R&B points were actually included for the pre-1999 years.... her PEAK!

"That's the Way Love Goes"... would have been #1 forever!

It's just strange though, like, if Diamonds and WIGB was included and if those R&B points were included, could you imagine what she could've done!?

I still don't understand why she was credited for "Diamonds" on R&B and Dance but not the Hot 100.

                                                  • I don't know, I saw somewhere where it didn't or at least the RIAA didn't credit her when the song was certified. She might've been credited on Billboard, but when it was certified in 1999, Janet's name was absent.

EDIT: Yeah Billboard credited her but for some reason, the RIAA didn't after the song got certified gold.
