Janet's daily views on YouTube today were 234,650. *SIGH* It's gonna take forever for her to have a 100 million viewed video and something tells me it won't be Made for Now.

But it's a good day for her. Call on Me w/Nelly is the top Janet video of the day over the Scream duet with MJ.

Call On Me had it's highest ever views in a day on the 24th of this month (according to kworb), but yesterday might have had a higher peak. An update will be given later today if you click on the video's title.

I also remember this time last year on Spotify when she would typically drop 40k-80k daily in monthly listeners, where as this year it's been like 20k at the most. So it's getting better.

Purely based off when music videos have been uploaded/unblocked, I would take a guess and say that Alright may be uploaded in May next year (in time for the 30th anniversary of the Janet album).

Hopefully next year we'll see significant growth on YouTube (which may ripple into Spotify). It's safe to say that both Together Again & Call On Me have overtaken All For You in daily views. I'm not sure when Call On Me was unblocked (I think it was around the same time as Together Again), but Together Again was at the end of October and when both videos had just started picking up 30K daily, essentially we was getting into the Christmas spirit.

If videos (apart from Scream), can start getting a minimum of 30k daily then hopefully we'll see growth.

Hmm. Alright should be uploaded NOW. People are missing out on that video. Probably her most epic video, second to just Rhythm Nation. It's a crime it's not posted on the page. It's posted elsewhere on YouTube but it doesn't have the same excitement to when her camp uploads it to her channel. So hope it gets unblocked and/or re-uploaded.

To be completely honest, I think YouTube views are lost cause at this point. She missed out on the golden era of YouTube (early-mid 2010s) and it is now a dying platform unless you're a Latin or Asian artist so she most likely will never get the decent views she deserves. Remastering her videos and making sure they're not region blocked is essentially fan service at this point, but I doubt it'll have any significant impact. Not saying it's not important for her legacy, but this should've been done 10 years ago.

Her team/label, as well as her fans, are better off focusing on Spotify and Apple Music stats, which are much more important. The fact she only has a playlist reach of 63.9M is criminal. Is she on any of the All Out 80s/90s/00s playlists?

They really need to do something about her 80's material. Considering I play her a lot, they probably didn't send any song to that playlist. Control and RN deserve better.

Yeah, there seems to be a focus on those 5 songs on Spotify (TA, AFY, TTWLG, GTIG, Again), and it seems that they always forget to add her to their 80s playlists for some reason.

It's shocking "When I Think of You," "Nasty," "Control" "Miss You Much," "Escapade" and "Rhythm Nation" aren't ever on those big 80s playlists.

Her 80s songs have VERY LOW streams. Her biggest '80s song is "When I Think of You" at a staggeringly low 22 million streams. She's actually the only artist who debuted in the 80s to not have a song in the top 50 of most streamed 80s songs. Whitney, Madonna, etc., have BUNCH of songs on there. But no Janet.
