Something weird is happening at YouTube weekly charts that just released. AIW is suddenly not on the chart after averaging 2M views daily. It should be #1 for the week.

So you assume that songs from MCIIY playing in shopping malls is being impactful in the country, even though the album never even charted here. But me saying that RATCT is one of the biggest Christmas classics, when it’s backed up by actual big sales/streaming numbers and good performance in the charts every year (just look at the Spotify charts from yesterday) is a reach? Maybe you haven’t heard about that song before and that’s okay, that’s your experience but the truth is that the song does extremely well here..

I believe you need to read my original post yet again. I said MCIIY gets played because yes it is everywhere, it's Christmas season. Oh Santa is getting more space and it's played at several public places it means (thousands) people are exposed to it. You act like I said it's #1 on Airplay and Streaming, I never concluded it translates to chart activity.

Regarding Brenda I dont know what you are talking about. At this precise moment she is not on Top 100 on iTunes(if it's still any indicator... - Mariah reigns her lead) and she is at #56 on Spotify - lags behind Mariah who seats at #19 and several other Christmas classics (Wham, Buble). Brenda is not in the Top 100 of Apple Music or the Tik Tok Chart. Is she smashing at radio and outcrossing all other metrics behind all these people and I am not aware?

So, AIW has no songs streams on YT? Like... 0? That's weird. ON Top Music Videos she is #4 with 2,1m and Brenda is also charting there. Why is Brenda's song on the songs chart and the video chart in the US while Mariah is ONLY on the video chart?

Mariah's "AIWFCIY" had 6 million weekly streams on Youtube USA which should have meant she was #1 there, but the song has completely vanished from the chart this week ( https://charts.youtube.com/charts/TopSongs/us ) while other Christmas songs rise on that chart. She was at #6 the week prior on the same chart with 5 million streams. Seems like a glitch, but I hope the Luminate data that Billboard uses the correct information. Mariah should have at least 31 million streams for the Billboard chart being announced tomorrow. If they report a lower number then, something is amiss.

"AIWFCIY" lead over both "RATCT" and "Anti-Hero" is between 4-5 million video streams in the USA.

Mariah does show up on the Youtube USA top artist chart at #25 with 13.1 million streams and the Youtube USA music video chart at #8 with 1.98 million views of the 2019 "Make My Wish Come True Edition" video of "AIWFCIY."

Can lambs with influence on twitter, Instagram etc bring this to Billboard’s attention to avoid a similar mistake that happened with the Music Week situation in the UK —before the charts are tabulated? Or maybe her Label.

It's not a glitch. It would be so dumb by them to just miss their #1 song from the chart... like someone will have tabulated that, typed it up and pushed to release that list and then they all at the YT office look at it and think it looks great with all kinds of Xmas music there while their #1 Xmas music artist is missing? So dumb by YT. I think she was banned from the chart and we will get an official press release soon (hopefully) with the reasons... bc I need to know why YT deleted her from their charts.

I'd say yeah Rockin Around The Christmas Tree is an American phenomenon though its never been in movies or TV show holiday episodes like some other classic Christmas songs Like It's Beginning to Look A Lot Like Christmas White Christmas Baby It's Cold Outside etc. also our top 40 pop and oldies stations change to Christmas music on Black Friday or Dec 1st and go like that until 6 PM on Christmas Day it's like last year Dec 1st 2021 was the 50th anniversary of the release of John Lennon & Yoko Ono's Happy Christmas War Is Over in the United states and Nov 24th 2022 was in the UK hell white Christmas turns 80 this year
