It doesn't make sense that The Fame sold so little (2.36M, according to mediatraffic) in the remaining 28% of the market, considering how global it was; it was equally huge everywhere else

For The Remix I just used MJDangerous' old 2010 estimate

I don't really know... But Mediatraffic seems really accurate to me.

Based on certifications and known sales
    The Fame + Monster :
    Australia : 210,000
    Austria : 140,000
    Belgium : 60,000
    Brazil : 120,000
    Canada : 560,000
    Chile : 30,000
    Colombia : 10,000
    Denmark : 60,000
    Finland : 25,000
    France : 630,000
    Germany : 900,000
    Greece : 15,000
    Hungary : 12,000
    Ireland : 135,000

    Mexico : 160,000
    Middle-East : 6,000
    New Zealand : 75,000
    Norway : 240,000
    Philippines : 135,000
    Poland : 60,000
    Portugal : 20,000
    Russia : 80,000
    Spain : 160,000
    Sweden : 40,000
    Switzerland : 120,000
    United Kingdom : 2,900,000
    United States : 4,600,000
    TOTAL: 12,783,000

    The Fame Monster EP :
    United States : 1,600,000
And... The other sales are combined with TF+M.

That's why I think 13.7M is reliable for TF+M and 1.8M for TFM EP. But seeing some sales on the website you gave, it seems like it's not really accurate :-?

    I got

    The Fame incl. re-release: 15M (4.6M US, 2.9M UK, 1M+ Japan, 660k Canada, ~1M Germany, 670k France, 600k Australia, 213k Brazil)
The Fame Monster EP (US + Canada only): 1.8M
    The Remix: 1.2M
    Born This Way: 6.5M
    ARTPOP: 1.9M
    Cheek To Cheek: 1M
Other (BTW: The Remix, A Very Gaga Holiday, Hitmixes, Cherrytree Sessions): ~0.25M
Mediatraffic reported Born This Way at 6.3M in December 2014, and The Fame + Monster at 13.7M earlier in 2014. 15M is probably the figure with The Fame Monster EP (US/CAN) : everything combined gives about 15.5M or 15.7M copies.

And considering that The Remix has sold 850k through the US, UK, France, Japan, Spain, Canada and Belgium, I'd would estimate about 1M copies sold.

Gaga's vocally ambitious performance was the result of two months of dedicated rehearsal with her longtime vocal coach. But it also capped off a six-month period of reinvention, in the wake of Artpop's commercial disappointment (the album has sold 744,000 copies to date, compared with 4.6 million for 2008's The Fame and 2.3 million for 2011's Born This Way, according to Nielsen Music).

you can send an email to AskBillboard and ask for her updated SoundScan sales for albums and singles....

Meanwhile, Gaga's modern classic has sold 5.6 million downloads and become one of Mother Monster's signature songs.
5.6 million sales for Bad Romance
+100k in the last seven months

But, shouldn't Just Dance already be at 7 million if even Bad Romance sold 100k in the last seven months? Just Dance is always higher than it on iTunes and it sold 6.91M seven months ago

Yeah I definitely think she's undercertified for some. For example Just Dance was nearly as big as Poker Face (#12 on the decade-end chart, Poker Face was #4), surely Just Dance must have sold more than only half of PF

MJDangerous estimated 575k for TF+TFM back in 2010 so either he overestimated or TF/TFM is undercertified. His estimates are reliable usually so I think it's the latter

Australian sales figures are so elusive
TF and TFM are definitely undercertified, both are 3x platinum, so i posted their certifications together

and JD was definitely bigger than just '3x'platinum

But then again, she's almost everywhere undercertified

Lady Gaga career is basically 95% covered in the period, as in Italy she exploded with "Poker Face" in the first months of 2009! However i did notice that many songs and albums from 2009 are not certified at all...so maybe 2009 being the first year they were still testing the methodology.
Well Poker Face and Paparazzi were the only singles that charted in the FIMI top 20 (#2 and #3)
Just Dance and LoveGame probably just didn't sell enough to be eligible to a Gold certification
