July 15 1995 was added. This is not a regular scan but a cellphone camera picture of each page. I did not have access to that issue in any other manner. Other two are fixed.

January to June of 1998 were just added. The rest of the year will be added later today (tomorrow in Europe) and the years 1999 and 2000 will follow shortly.
