Billboard New Redesign Charts = PROBLEM

Looks like the old chart conversion methods no longer work with the new redesign. Everything worked on Tuesday but nothing working today.

Looks like the complete charts are available freely but the new format will require alot more work to post charts

Some of the charts are behind a paywall. I'd imagine the format will become updated, but I'm annoyed I can't seem to find archives yet. The website seems very buggy for me on both Safari and Chrome.

I can't get beyond the front / home page of billboard.com on Firefox. I can on Edge.

I don't find the Country-charts and in the Hot 100/ Album 200 there is no Print-Button anymore. I have the pro-account for many years now and they have increased the monthly costs for more more than 50 % a few months ago. I also can't see the archives. Let's hope that it will be at last only a momentary status.

I had the Billboard Pro account months ago and gave it up.

There was an option to search entire chart histories for artists/songs/albums that suddenly stopped updating since 2020.

I complained to Billboard and they never fixed it. That, on top of removing many many charts that were indeed "pro" and bringing them all to the basic website meant having a Pro account became useless for me.

This new design is still buggy for me so hopefully they fix it. I use Firefox mostly.

On the previous design you dd not need to be pro if you turned off cookies. It's a simple flaw in the site but one that should have been a simple fix - from a potential revenue reason if nothing else! I have to admit to being very disappointed with the website and hope that some sort of search does come back. At least for some of the larger charts we have the Whitburn books, but if you don't own those or he hasn't updated for a while (i.e. albums book now 5 years out of date again) it's a big problem.

Usually you test a website out first rather than building it as a buggy mess to release straight away.

The calendar function is now working for me, so I can at least find prior charts - sometimes. Clicking the 'subscription' box though throws a big Cookie message that I can not get rid of whatever I press... (Safari)

I could always see the hidden charts by reloading the site and then stop the loading process before the "billboard pro" banner pops up. I just tried that out for one of the new pro-charts and it still works for me, you just have to stop the loading process right between the appearance of the text and the covers.

Don;t get your hopes up but if you use the direct link to the page 'it' seems (for me right now) to download the excel and shows the charts.... for 20 Nov.... (And those who know what it is know how it works... ). It's just a little slow....

It seems that Label/Imprint, Songwriter(s) and Producer(s) have returned in html codes of BB pro site.

I still can't access more than the home page of billboard.com on Firefox. A popup appears asking me to accept / reject cookies but I can't click anything to remove the popup. It's the buggiest design to a website I've seen in a long while.
