So, the week 52 for Billboard YEC will be the one published on 12 Nov (covering sales/streams from 1-7 Nov).

Calendar year 2019 for Billboard this year goes feom 10 Nov 2018 to 7 Nov 2019.

So, in the event Adele releases on 8 or 15 Nov she won't have any week on this year's Billboard YEC.

                                              • Finally had surgery on Monday after 3 cancellations the week before.

Been a touch fragile most of this week, but have now begun updating the database, and hope to be back on track by the end of the month.

Allowing for the shotcomings of both SoundScan/RIAA, I've come up with this…

Abbey Road was RIAA certified 9 times platinum on December 26, 1991, and has SoundScan era sales of 5.7m, so 14.5-15 million in total.

Sgt Pepper was RIAA certified 8 times platinum on February 6, 1992, and has SoundScan era sales of 5.25m. So 13-13.5 million in total.

"1" released in 2000 is about to hit the 13 million mark according to SoundScan.

The Beathes (White Album) was RIAA certified 7 times platinum on December 26, 1991, and has SoundScan era sales of 4.4 million, so 11-11.5 million total.
It was certified 24 times platinum in February 2019, which I think will include TEA/SEA units, as well as it being a double album.

1967-1970 was certified 17 times platinum in August 2010, so approaching 9 million sold.
