  • Last Dreamer's view on Eurovision history (1956-2020) : Zurich - 59

I was very dissappointed by ESC 2021 line-up and songs, there were absolutely nothing for my music taste.

So I like the idea to do a comeback in a glorious past of Eurovision and remember all my favourites from the first contest to 2020.

My rate system for songs :
    10 - Masterpiece
    9 - Iconic
    8 - Wonderful
    7 - Very good
    6 - Good
    5 - Average
    4 - Forgettable
    3 - Weak
    2 - Bad
    1 - Very bad
    0 - Awful

"7" is a borderline for mentioning in this thread. Also there is "Johnny Logan's award" for the best song without female vocals.

My celebrity crushes : Monika Sedziuviene, Kristina Ivanova (YVA).
In my head I like to imagine LastDreamer in the land of Lithuania right now with a suitcase of simcards, a box of chocolates and a wedding ring. It would be a great base for an epic Eurovision fan fiction.

Een Beetje is a rightful winner (in my opinion), it was quite a modern song for 1959 and got us away from the safe ballad winner type for once (even though I love ballads).

that's a good all-time ranking. I guess the top 10 is entirely female.
