Hilarious movie indeed, though also slightly sad/sick if you consider that's how government leaders' reactions would be if the plot happened in real life.

Despite loving the music of ABBA I'm not a big fan of the first Mamma Mia film, mainly because most of the singing is awful. I do prefer the second part, as Lily James has a better voice than Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan sings much less.

Despite loving the music of ABBA I'm not a big fan of the first Mamma Mia film, mainly because most of the singing is awful. I do prefer the second part, as Lily James has a better voice than Meryl Streep and Pierce Brosnan sings much less.

The plot also leaves much to be desired, but the ABBA nostalgia and magic prevails for me! My mom also loves it.
