I saw Shonen Knife a couple of weeks ago - they have a new album out and know what they're doing. As for ACR, they've been producing some of the best music of their career over this past half-decade or so.

No probs. Just lately, a fair few of the 'old guard' have been turning out some interesting new stuff. (See also: Sparks at #23, who've been knocking around since the late 1960s.)

29/4/23 bdrmm hold at the top despite pressure from Daughter... Old boys ACR score the week's best upward move (#9, +18), with further promising climbs for old girls Shonen Knife (#20, +10), plus The Linda Lindas (#22, +12) and Sofia Kourtesis (#28, +12)...
