Running against Walls

Clueso must be the most unlucky #2 ever. His latest poetic opus "Neuanfang" seems to not find a way past Kings of Leon's "Walls". Week after week, the German legend is suck at #2 while the Kings hold on to the #1 position in almighty bliss. Both albums, however, had another week of exceptional airplay. While "Walls" obtains its 4th platinum certification for surpassing more than 2,000 scrobbles, Clueso collects his first ever double platinum certification for "Neuanfang".
A look ahead: Next week marks the statistical arrival of "Heavy Entertainment Show" by Robbie Williams. Early projections indicate a debut of around 850 scrobbles - which would indeed make Robbie's album the biggest ever debut. Also up next week is Alicia Keys' "Here". Keys is a charts staple and is expected to flirt with the 250 mark.

This is his time! The King of Pop, Robbie Williams, Emperor of Europe has returned. Heavy Entertainment Show debuts at #1 on the MSSA chart with 628 scrobbles - the 3rd highest ever recorded one-week total, trailing only fellow British Icon Florence Welch and modern Christ: Brandon Flowers who keep their alltime prositions. Interestingly, Robbie couldn't race past Kings of Leon's Find Me. The legendary band continues to reign on the singles chart. Miss Keys comes in second this week with a staggering 257 scrobbles in her own right.

Altho, Robert dethroned the true KIngs (of Leon) from hamstering the #1 ranking on the singles chart and snatched the top from under them.
