Seems that Furtado might find herself lucky and push the album to #1 this week. her last english studio album stayed at the ultimate peak for 10 non-soncecutive weeks (the 5th longest stay at the summit ever). Other notable climbers in plays include Babel, Battle Born and Bad25.
Albums midweek:
01 03 Nelly Furtado - The Spirit Indestructible 100%
02 Re Mumford and Sons - Babel 88,46%
03 02 The Killers - Battle Born 71,15%
04 08 Michael Jackson - Bad 25 61,53%
05 Re Pink - The Truth About Love 25,0%
Michael Jackson is back. The King of Pop's huge increase is caused by the broadcast of the Bad 25 documentary by Spike Lee last saturday. Nelly Furtado become the queen of Pop this week. After spending 5 weeks at #2 and 1 week at #3, Nelly manages to jump ahead this week. The Spirit Indestructible had the biggest spins increases this week. A look ahead: Robbie Williams' new studio album in 3 years Take The Crown will be released in 7 days. Whenever it will leak, it has the potential to destroy next week's compition. During the 9 years of my chart, no one dominated as much as Robbie Williams.

Robbie Williams became the first artist on my chart to collect over 1,000 charting points. He currently ranks 15th on the most played artist ranking during the LstFm era.
Robbie Williams is the biggest male solo singer of all times on my chart. He was the first artist ever to collect more than 1.000 charting points and debuts straight at #1. It's his 6th consecutive album doing so and also the 6th release during my chart era which started in February 2004. The album also debuts straight at #34 on the list of my alltime most listened to albums during the LastFm era with only 1 day of airplay. In 2009/2010 Robbie vs. Alicia was the most exciting and closest battle between mega albums. Robbie did his thing, the question is how much Alicia has to answer to his new-found reign. Can Take The Crown surpass Overexposed and Battle Born as the top played albums of 2012? Take The Crown is the most anticipated album of 2012. A look ahead: Robbie leads midweeks but Matt Cardle is also slowly closing in.
I own Stevyy's heart, always have and always will.

Great to see "Streets Of Philadelphia", my all-time favourite Bruce Springsteen song, in your top 20. "Open Your Eyes" and "Run" are two of Snow Patrol's finest, so it's nice to see them as well.
