                                #40

                                - Eric Clapton has not had much success this year. His Hits Collection had its main chartrun in 2006. His new stuff has not yet made its way to my ears. 2 points

John Mayer made the list the first time, I think Continuum was okay, but not as good as his debut album!

                                #39

PINK also made her first entrance on my charts this year! I don't like I'm not Dead so muich, i only liked one song: Dear Mr. President, the others songs are just fillers and too maintream for me. 3 points

                                #38

TLC are just GREAT! FanMail was a huge success in my charts, this year their first album made the charts and u know what: i still listen to it, crazysexycool 4 points

                                #37

YEAH too cool for school, the clash at #37. They released another greatest hits album this year with made the charts and, 6 points for "The singles"

Also 6 points go to Joshua Kadisons Essentials.

                                #36

Sadly sadly, Beyoncé didn't reach me this year, B'Day was too predictable, so she only comes in this year at #36, but its also her debut entrance on my charts.

                                #35

Wow Silbermond what a decrease this year, they re-charted with their mega success album Laut Gedacht which still is the most successful german album on my alltime list. 10 points for them.

Another german group: Ich + Ich entered the most played albums charts this week for the first time and reached no. #1, thats enough to make this year no #35.

                                #34

I love them, last year they had 1 and Love on the charts, this year they didn't have many entries: 14 points for LOVE

The Queen is Back, but then she was not. I hope she finally releases another HIT Album in 2008. I love her so much, she was the best female vocalist and even on Just Whitney she sings better than all beyoncés and christnas combined. This year her chart presence was decreasing to zero but her christmas albums lifted her to no. #31. 21 points for Whitney (shes still the #5 on the alltime list female artists).

                                  #30

25 points for Phil Collins, his HITS compilation made #5 this year and i don't want to miss another day in paradise and in the air tonight-great artist.

Wow, Alanis Morissette, the alltime #2 female artist, had her collection compilation in my charts this year and i hope for something new in 2008. She is amazing and i really think that all her albums are something special.

                                  #28

Coldplay should release another album in 2008 cause X&Y was such a fantastic album. This year was tough for them 28 points for Chris Martin and co.

Chris Isaak is also one of these artists, who made the top 10 of my charts with a Greatest Hits Compilation. Also 28 points for him!

I watched CSI NY and heard Baba O Riley and thought that thats a really nice track, so the who made the list this year, 33 points

                                    #26

Germany has some very great Bands, and Wir sind Helden are one of them. Great lyrics and even better writing skills make them something special. Their new album soundso was their most successful on my charts, 34 points this year for Wir sind helden.

                                    #25

Avril Lavigne is one of the most played albums artists since 2004. Her album under my skin is my most favourite of hers. I think her best damn thing album is not what the titel says. When you're gone really is the best song out of it, so it "only" reached #2 and avril only scored 37 points! She became too much hardcore POP.

                                    #24

The great Miss M is back, this year she scored the second most played christmas album with her debut album on my charts cool yule. Bette Midler is a huge star and a very special singer. i love her voice and her songs, from a distance (christmas version) is one of the best songs I've ever heard. Miss Midler scored 39 points.

                                    #23

They are the most successful german Act this year on my charts: The Beatsteaks. Limbo messiah was great, 43 points for it. I guess that they will conquer the world when the world forgets ww1/2 and realises how great german bands are!

                                    #22

Katie Melua debuts this year with her album pictures. Her sailboat sials to #22 with 46 points. It peaked at #1 and is currently bubbling under again. But she shares this position with last year #3

Nelly Furtado. Nelly charted with Loose this year, loose lost its position as the 3rd most played album of all times this year to Rudebox and Futuresex Lovesounds.

                                    #21

Bruce Springsteen had 2002 an amazing album: the Rising from that moment on, i became a huge addicted fan, and until now all his albums which got released since the rising charted on my charts. His 2007 album Magic is amazing, and brings Bruce Springsteen 51 points.

JOHN LEGEND sang 2005 a duet with Mariah Carey which I think is one of the best duets ever: With you I'm born again, until that day he a household name in my charts. His 2006 released album Once again was a huge hit in 2007 too. John legend opens this years top 20 charts of the most successful artist in my charts of 2007. He scored 58 points. He rises from last years position, #22! UP 2

                                      #19

Sorry Miss Jackson, but 2007 was not your year. Last year she was so huge when I discorvered her catalogue, and 20 Y.O. got released, her best album in 10 years. But 2007 was a year of decreasing impressions for Miss Jackson. She scored 60 points, which are 81 points less than last year and FALLS 15 spots this year.

                                      #18

Alicia was huge in 2004, down in 2005, out in 2006 and came back in 2007 with an amazing album, her best since her debut. As I am peaked at #1 this year for 3 non-consecutive weeks and scored 61 points so far (currently charting). Alicia finished 2006 at #32, just 5 more weeks and she would have joined the top 10 of the years list. UP 14 spots in comparison to 2006.

                                      #17

Elton John finally debuts as an artist this year with his 2003 released Greatest Hits Album. Hes a legend, a british superstar and his songs are all evergreens, hes one of the biggest selling and performing male solo artists of all times and it was just a question of time, when he would debut on my charts. He scored 63 points this year with only 1 album. But hes not alone at #17, he shares his position with a man from The States who is not so lucky about that (look at his fase)

                                      Hello and welcome Mister Timbaland

Timbaland the producer behind Loose and FS/LS has his own production out 2007. An album full of modern R&B BEATS which will all become evergreens more or less the most of his songs already have. he also scored 63 points with his debut album on my charts. And just a diesenote: there also is a collabo with elton his timbas huge hitalbum shock value.

                                      #16

Hes divocing from his wife, and is still able to make a new album: memory almost full. Its a very great album (Paul always makes great albums) and he scored 65 points this year. But He's DOWN 5 spots from last years position, when chaos and creation became a #1 album.

                                      #15

Michael Bublé came back this year after becoming a huge star in 2005 on my charts. Call me Irresponsible peaked at #1 and scored 69 points. in 2006 he only scored 4 points.

                                      #14

Chasing cars, wow England has the best bands. Snow Patrol had a huge #1 album this year with eyes open. I still listen to eyes open and i will def. buy their next album.
                                      72 points for eyes open.

                                      #13

Linkin Park came back 2007 with a new album, which scored 73 points and has some very amazing songs on it. I like the softer songs more. Linkin Park are huge, and also this album is currently bubbling under again.

                                      #12

Michael Jackson comes in this year at #12 with 74 points. HIs invincible album peaked at #1 for 2 weeks and also Bad made its way to the top. Hes always one of these 3-4 artists who are able to crack the top 20 every year since 2004. Last year he came in at #19, so hes UP 7 spots. I can't wait to hear something new and i pray for a new album in 2008. HIStory so far is his most successful album on my charts with OVER 100 points scored.

                                      #11

Oh no, they again miss the top 10, last year they made #16 this year they are UP 5 and maybe nect year top 10? Oasis are the #3 most played band of all times on my charts and i love them. This year stop the clocks continued to become their most successful album and also Familiar to Millions charted high (a great live album). Everytime when i look at my CDs and don't know what i want to listen, i pick out an Oasis CD! Unbelieveably 87 points for Oasis this year!

2007 was the best year for Madonna. Her album The Confessions Tour was so successful, that i though that this album would become #1 album of 2007. She was #2 in this Year end statistic for some months, but fell to #5 at the end of this year! She scored 155 points and is UP 9 spots from 2006.

Awake was a huge hit in 2007 and also his november release Noel. Josh is a super star, last year he reached #6, so hes UP 2. He scored 171 points.
