-- Two major albums leaked this week. On monday Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto got heavy spins while on wednesday evening Florence and the machine dominated like no one else. Up till tuesday Will Young seemed to lead both the singles and albums chart but he couldn't keep his pace with the leaks. Over on the albums chart Coldplay debut at #1, Florence debuts at #2 which is impressive after 1,5 days of spins while Will drops from 1-3, Matt Cardle debuts at #4 and Björk enters at #5. --


Coldplay celebrate their third #1 within a calender year this week after "Every Teardrop is a Waterfall" (6 weeks) and "Moving To Mars" (1 week).

I'm not a fan of the new albums from Florence and Coldplay unfortunately, but I've started to like Paradise a bit more. The video was great!

that's true. But my albums chart is way more stable. Echoes by Will Young was 6 weeks at #1 (non-consecutive) in the past 10 weeks.

Changing #1's is due to high profile releases by two of the biggest artists in the history of my chart: Coldplay and Florence. Another AA mega star will join the club soon, Drake.
