"What's Your Pleasure?" was actually my favourite Jessie Ware song before "Pearls". I'd also recommend "The Kill", which I believe is still my most-played Jessie Ware song.

So "Pearls" is your clear Jessie fave now? Thanks for "The Kill." I'll have to sit with it a bit more (the WYP? tracks are generally more of a slow burn than instant ear candy), but it has some great lines: "I wanna swallow my pride, but I choke on my own words..."

Congrats on nabbing that honor (and it's quite kind of you to still support Rina like that even after her fickle concert decisions). Also exciting to see "To Be Alive" earn its first day at No. 1. Looks like that gives the album six daily toppers? (The title track, "This Hell," "Imagining," "Frankenstein," "Send My Love To John," and now "To Be Alive"). Competition on that album is tough, but TBA would definitely be in my top...half

Yep, "To Be Alive" makes six no. 1s for the 'Hold the Girl' LP. "To Be Alive" actually had the highest peak of the non-no. 1s before yesterday, having previously peaked at no. 4.

I think it may have been flopho's review I read of Raye's album that was underwhelming so I went into it with muted expectations, but it is a solid album through and through and "Oscar Winning Tears" is the crown jewel. Glad you appreciate that one now, too!

Yeah, I considered digging deep to find an FSC entry this month, but I really wanna submit that Veils song so I might just be patient for the UK to free up next month (or the month after).
