Not sure if I ever talked about that but I actually adore Jordin's "Battlefield". It's one of the better songs I've ever heard and it should have been a huge hit.
I love the Drag Race energy of Todrick's song! Have you heard "It Gets Better", by the way? That's one of my all-time favourite songs. Todrick wrote and released it around the time of the widely publicised gay suicides of the early 2010s decade.

Glad to hear you think that of "Battlefield". That song has the honour of winning every single countdown of mine in which it's ever been featured. It won: the Jordin Sparks songs countdown, the YEC of 2009, the DEC of the 2000s, my most successful daily chart songs countdown from a few years back, and finally, and most importantly, my all-time favourite songs countdown in 2013. I totally agree that it should've been a much bigger hit than it was.

I haven't listens to "My Love" yet. I wait for the album's release to listen to all songs. I'm glad so many people here on Ukmix seem to like the track, though.

All Britney songs are amazing! And indeed, E.T and Teenage Dream seem to stuck in your head.
Will's certainly off to a killer start with the first two singles of the era!

    That's a funny...and not entirely inaccurate description!

I've really been putting "E.T." and "Teenage Dream" on repeat a lot over the last few days.

I was so elated that she won! I'm so enamoured with her. I hope to meet her soon. She's such an inspiration, and a brilliant representation that eccentricity and unconventional art can be, and usually are, just as stellar (if not moreso) than the more cookie-cutter types the media exalts.

    Indeed!

Works for me either way.
Yeah, I'm getting intense platonic love from the Tove Lo track, too! I'm not as impressed with the new Katy single as I thought I'd be, unfortunately.
