In a week full of surprises and revelations, this one hit me the most. Kid Kasio is Nathan Cooper, co-founder of synth wonders The Modern (who seem to have quietly split). He's been posting YouTube videos since late 2010 - this is his current "single"/ video set in the location Duran used for Rio. His album Kasiotone is out on iTunes and as with The Modern, it's so 80's it's OBSCENE! Less Human League and more Howard Jones (though he covers a Nik Kershaw b-side on the album). His other smash hit videos are elsewhere on the chart. *Notice two synth tracks about "Living" entering the top ten!*

I didn't have download access back then and have only just got round to buying these tracks (i think the original mixes are slightly different to the versions on the Matinee Club album i have). I combined the two releases to avoid a messy chart.
