  • Re: My Charts - week 1 - someone take me Home

First chart of the new year! Yay (Happy New Year)!

34 (RE) Bebe Rexha & Florida Georgia Line – Meant To Be

Love the re-entry! I only recently discovered who sung this song (even though I should of been able to tell), and I really enjoy it. Surprised it didn't manage to hit the top10. Was the RE due to 'Home'?

W O W !!! Sure... and, i think... it also may be a 'fresh-in-love'-thing, you know. I just thought about this lately and it really seems that everything (or much more than usual) is about HIM, which is normal at the beginning of a relationship (or also later in a good relationship, i guess?). I didn't have that for years, and i was always bored and kinda got my life together how it was, now i have someone who i really enjoy spending time with, watching him doing things, going out etc.
Does he usually play naked...? 'Cause that would certainly explain it ;) Kidding aside, I think I know what you mean - there's a couple of gamers on YouTube and Twitch I've enjoyed watching, and the commentary they provide while they play can turn a somewhat-boring/random game into a pretty entertaining viewing experience. If they're playing a game that I've already played, it's also fun to watch how their reactions/opinions might differ from mine.

Aw! That sounds pretty amazing, tbh - that you're into him that much and enjoy doing all kinds of things together that much. The rush <3 I can definitely understand how Ultra Moon can't compete with a funny, sexy, engaging new partner What's he been playing lately? I finally finished the main story of Ultra Sun and just dipped my toe in the post-game yesterday.

I was raised Catholic (church every Sunday and "religious education" class once each week until I had my Confirmation. I even played cello during Sunday mass when I was in high school - but that was mostly due to my parents' encouragement, and it helped the time pass more quickly) Religion's pretty absent from my life now (aside from celebrating Christmas, but that's more for fun/nostalgia's sake.) I'm not really spiritual at all, but I can understand/respect the important role that faith plays in people's lives - especially when life gets really rough, helping them feel less alone and giving them the strength to push onward.

That's a really interesting point, and I'm not sure why that's happened. I guess K-Pop labels just put more effort into giving their acts a more global presence, while J-Pop labels focus really hard on the one market where they're most likely to be successful? It looks like I've got about 60 K-Pop songs. I didn't realize J-Pop out-numbered K-Pop that much in my library, but I guess I've downloaded more full J-Pop albums (including a long Ayumi Hamasaki greatest hits collection that I've never actually played that much...)

Aw, sorry I mislead you there I'm enjoying The Architect, though! The length of the album is making it a little tough to form a firm opinion on every song, but there's definitely at least a handful of tracks that have caught my attention and kept me coming back several times already.

She even got much more points since then, as she released two albums ("Brave Enough" and the Christmas release "Warmer In The Winter"), so she's definitely one of the most successful artists of all time when it comes to my charts.

      • In light of that impressive debut for "Whatever It Takes", could I possibly maybe get one of those chart-history-screenshots for Imagine Dragons?
      • Jake's chart has gotten me into "Strangers" lately too! I don't expect it to reach quite as high as it has here, but it should become at least a minor Paulboard hit.
      • YES @ that unexpected belated debut for "Beautiful Trauma" You've been charting the album for 12 weeks now, so were you just waiting for the new year to let this track enter your singles chart? Or did the song just click with you now?
      • Lovin' that rebound for "Perfect For You."
      • Ditto for that "Let Me Go" re-entry! I'd forgotten just how quickly it tumbled off your chart during its original run (from 9 - 16 - 27 - OUT) Hopefully it can rack up at least a few more weeks now...

Yet another chart that makes me feel right at home, Tansike!

Ok, first of all i voted i like your format as you already have it. I think if you wanted to change it, you would be better to just change it. After all, it's your chart thread and if other people say they don't like it, then they've missed the point. For me, its all about the contents and seeing which songs you're enjoying the most.

I've always kept my chart simple on the surface but as you know my chart is colour coded and also utilises the small font for additional info. So when it comes to writing up a new chart if you feel it's too much then by all means strip that down ( ) but i personally love how you present your chart.

Speaking of contents, let's see whats happening in your first chart of 2018.
        Hey Jake

        Thanks – same to you!

Ah, that’s a very good point, thank you. Well, of course if people would say I need to do it in a certain way, it wouldn’t mean I’d also do it that certain way. I just thought I try to get some feedbacks, as while there are always some comments about the current songs/albums, there are basically never any feedbacks about the presentation overall, until Magnus mentioned that my topic is running very slowly (and I got the same problem for nearly two weeks around Christmas/New Year). That was why I thought about that poll.

Ha, I got that hint Anyways, thanks a lot. Since the poll is 100% in favor of how it is, I also keep it as it is.

I really love this at the moment. All three artists are doing a great job on “Home”, especially X Ambassadors and Bebe. Also, I already watched the movie twice, which was obviously helping as well.

Wow, this is a surprise. For some reason i thought Whatever it takes had already been a hit in your chart. It's a good song but for me its the weakest of their singles from 2017. Thunder is quite comfortable their best single off their album although overall they've yet to better Radioactive.
Yeah, that entry seems a bit late, but somehow I missed a good opportunity to let it onto my chart, and then when it was December I thought I wait until the new year, otherwise this would have flopped I guess. It’s really hard for me to rank the “Evolve” singles as I think they’re all really good, but I agree when it comes to “Radioactive” still being their best single.

Yay! Now this is amazing to see. Taking full advantage of what i call dry January (that first week of the new year before all the big hits start coming in the second week of the year ). As you already know i love Strangers and i'm still hopeful to see this become a big success in the coming weeks.
True! I checked her out in December or probably even already in November, and while I already liked “Strangers” back then, I only added it to my library about two weeks ago. It’s a very well made pop song and here’s hope she’ll get some success on the official charts out there this year.

Yes, I’ve heard it, and I’m positively surprised. I’m actually not really sure if I have ever heard an Eminem album in full, so “Revival” is most likely the first one, however, I like it more than expected. Especially the collaborations and the two songs he has a sample on are really good. “Like Home” definitely would be a great choice for a single

Oh, does this mean you don’t like his vocals on this or in general? I think it’s good, but the album has even better songs. It’s actually the first time a single with Sam as a lead artist is missing my weekly Top10, and by the look of it it will also remain like this.

Similar case to Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes”. Also, it still didn’t take off in most countries.

I'm guessing all those christmas themed songs will all drop out next week so i'm curious to see how many new entries make your chart next week. Looks like tomorrow could be a big day for music, just got to hope the big names can deliver the goods.
I guess it’s already Bebe’s biggest hit on your charts? It’s nice to see this being a success in several countries, a shame Europe is so much behind though

You’re right, most of the Christmas songs will leave the Top40 tomorrow. I’m really excited to see what 2018 will bring us musically, the year started quite good so far!

Plus, sometimes he’s playing games I’d like to play as well, so it’s interesting to see how he’s doing it and how the game actually is – but the negative effect from this is, that I actually lose interest in these games as I think why should I play it as well when I just saw everything about it, so there’s not much more to discover anymore

Yes, I really enjoy that at the moment and I hope it keeps on going like this for as long as possible. He’s currently stanning for Skyrim, and he’s playing it on his Playstation, on Switch AND Playstation VR He never played Pokémon until he met me, so he even had a short phase when he was loving Pokémon Tekken. Congrats on finishing the main story – as you can imagine, I’m not much further than the last time How does your team look like now, if I may ask?

Oh wow… I never had to go to Church every sunday, though there was a phase when we did it as my mom was in something like a sect for some time (it was actually funny to admit though ). I also had “religious education” class though, but also not for very long, so I was raised quite neutral when it comes to religion. I think it’s important to get to know the religion, however, everyone should decide for themselves what they want to believe in or not.

This may be the reason… also, to be fair, someone like Psy is maybe also responsible for making K-Pop even more popular on a worldwide base, while there has yet to come a big(ger) J-Pop hit which gets recognized by the whole world. Ah interesting. I think there are no J-Pop songs in my library, but a few K-Pop ones (like Psy, the two albums by Taeyeon, the last album by Girls’ Generation and that’s it iirc).

It really is! I’m running three Excels to be exact; one to compile the Top40/Top20 (I’ll do the actual chart in a word file though), one to update the YECs/YTDs and one with Discographies

Aw, that’s kinda sad, as I would have loved to follow your YEC. However, I completely agree that it takes a lot of time and you have to have time nearly every day. Every year I’d like to have my YEC prepared before starting it, but it always turns out completely different and I get a bit stressed then. Also, I love to follow all other YECs so this really takes time as well and this year I’m really not on point in doing comments

It is  She’s having a good time on my chart at the moment… I’m really looking forward to “Expectations” (her next project). I hope the first song may be released soon as I need something fresh/new from her (I don’t count “Home” as her single somehow, even though her part is my most favorite one).

Sure! I love to post them, so here’s the Discography for Imagine Dragons. This time I decided to show the points as well

That’s nice to hear! Definitely a very well done pop song, and I’m looking forward to hear more from Sigrid

The first – it was on my ‘possible new entries’-list for some time, but it never took off on the official charts and December was so busy, so I thought I wait until the new year to let it onto my chart. I’m still not the biggest fan of that choice though, but it’s definitely a sooo much better choice than “Revenge”.

I’m getting back into “Waves” again lately, and somehow I completely missed it but “Perfect For You” has become her most successful song on my chart going by points

“Let Me Go” benefits from the Year-End Charts effect, as I’ve been listening to my own YEC every now and then lately and “Let Me Go” actually stood out. Such an uplifting pop track!

            Thanks so much!

week 02/2018 – 11 january 2018 Across The Sea, Again

                • Singles Top40

We’re only two weeks into 2018 and following a very poppy number one a week ago, this week is already the first week with an impact from the symphonic metal genre. Last year spawned several hits for artists like The Dark Element, Tarja, Evanescence, Eluveitie, My Indigo (Sharon den Adel) or Arch Enemy, and while a few of them were already staples when it comes to my charts, there were also a few who never got an entry prior 2017. The latter is also the case with this weeks number one, as it’s the newest single by German-Norwegian symphonic metal band Leaves’ Eyes. The band was always familiar with me, but I never fully checked them out until now, as they’ll release their seventh studio album “Sign Of The Dragonhead” tomorrow, with “Across The Sea” being the second single of it and their very first notation on my charts ever, and it’s even having a top debut!

It doesn’t happen too often that there’s a remix or a re-release for a song which was already a big success, and that remix or re-release gives another boost to that song. But exactly this happens to Noah Cyrus’ “Again” this week, as Norwegian DJ and producer Alan Walker has released a remix for that track. The song jumps 7-2 in its 16th week and even re-peaks, as it peaked at number two in its second week.

There are a total of four debuts in the Top40 this week, so three more apart from Leaves’ Eyes’ top entry. Bruno Mars had a very moderate success so far when it comes to this third era for the album “24K Magic”, as none of the three singles were big successes on my charts, especially compared to his first two eras. This may change now as he gets his highest peaking single as a lead artist since “Gorilla” hit the Top3 over four years ago, as the new remix for his track “Finesse” arrives at #4 with the help of newcomer Cardi B. Rita Ora is having a great run, as she’s collecting her third Top10 hit in a row following “Your Song” and “Anywhere”, as the new song “For You” enters the chart at #9. It’s a collaboration with Liam Payne, who never reached the Top10 so far, and it’s the title track for the upcoming third Fifty Shades Of Grey movie. The last two movie title tracks weren’t big hits, with “Love Me Like You Do” by Ellie Goulding peaking at #6 (but leaving the charts after just five weeks, being Ellie’s second least successful chart entry so far), and “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever” by Taylor Swift & Zayn peaking at #14 (and leaving the charts after just two weeks). The fourth and final new arrival belongs to Justin Timberlake, who makes his comeback at #19 with “Filthy”, the lead single to his upcoming album “Man Of The Woods”. Shockingly, this is his very first Top20 entry since my charts started in 2007.

The rest of the best: “Home” by Machine Gun Kelly, X Ambassadors and Bebe Rexha is back down 1-3, My Indigo’s “Out Of The Darkness” falls 2-5, Sigrid’s “Strangers” dips 5-6, Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” descends 4-7 and Lindsey Stirling’s “Carol Of The Bells” dives 3-10. Anne-Marie has the very last entry in the Top10, as her “Then” improves 11-8, becoming her second Top10 hit as a lead artist following “Ciao Adios” (#3 in 2017) and her third Top10 appearance overall following “Rockabye” by Clean Bandit (#3 in 2016).

After a short visitation back in the Top10, Rita Ora’s “Anywhere” already goes back down 6-11. The song gets certified with Platinum this week, becoming Rita’s first Platinum certified release ever. “Regenbogen” by Vanessa Mai (10-12), “River” by Eminem featuring Ed Sheeran (8-14) and “Hey Hey Hey” by Katy Perry (9-18) are also leaving the Top10. As if last week wasn’t enough, Bebe Rexha is having another great week despite losing the top spot for “Home”. Her other two notations climb a lot, with “I Got You” going up 21-13 and “Meant To Be” jumping 34-27. “I Got You” also goes Platinum this week, which is also Bebe’s first Platinum certification ever. With another five Christmas songs leaving the chart, there are only two left, and both are by Lindsey Stirling, who is still charting with the already mentioned “Carol Of The Bells” and “Christmas C’mon”, which drops 17-30 for a eighth and most likely last week on the chart this season.

Last but not least, three re-entries made the Top40, with “Too Good At Goodbyes” by Sam Smith (#29), “Broken Glass” by Rachel Platten (#32) and “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran (#36).

Bebe Rexha’s “I Got You” is the biggest climber for a second week in a row, while Lindsey Stirling’s “Christmas C’mon” is the biggest loser this time.

                • Album Top20

It’s a very quiet week when it comes to new albums, as there’s absolutely no new entry in the Top20 at all, but three re-entries. It could be similar over the next few weeks or even months, as the first half of a year is usually much less busier than the second when it comes to new albums. With this, it was quite easy for the “Bright” soundtrack to remain atop the charts for a second week, followed by Inna’s “Nirvana” which stays at number two too. Halsey makes the Top3 complete, as she rises 7-3 with “hopeless fountain kingdom”, which is quite a feat as it’s already charting for over 30 weeks and has been certified with 2x Platinum lately.

Bebe Rexha is having an even better week than the last time. While she’s celebrating lots of success on the Singles Top40, it’s similar on the Album Top20, as both of her EPs are back in the upper half, with “All Your Fault, Pt. 1” even reaching a new peak by climbing 11-4 and “All Your Fault, Pt. 2” coming back up 16-7. The first of them even goes Gold this week, which marks her first certification for an album or EP.

The rest of the best: Rachel Platten’s “Waves” is up 8-5, The Dark Element’s self-titled release slips 5-6, Eminem’s “Revival” goes down 3-8, followed by Taylor Swift’s “Reputation” (9-9) and “Warmer In The Winter” by Lindsey Stirling (4-10).

Speaking of Lindsey and Christmas albums, there’s only one more on the chart, and that’s “A Pentatonix Christmas” by Pentatonix (6-15). The ones by Gwen Stefani (#10) and Tarja (#20) leave the Top20. Two hit albums from last year are back on the chart, and that are “Evocation II: Pantheon” by Eluveitie (#12) and “÷” by Ed Sheeran (#16), with the third re-entry being Bruno Mars’ “24K Magic” (#17). Last but not least, “Synthesis” may be Evanescence’ worst-performing album so far, but it still goes Gold this week (14-18).

                    Chart Run: *1*- / 1w

Decent song, I like her commanding vocal power. Growl is a bit whacky, but it is here only for a few seconds so it's almost a non-issue

I am also having more metal entries these days, however, most of them are pretty extreme.

                    • ^ Glad you think the song is decent - better than nothing, i guess

I'm still not 100% sure about her voice, sometimes it sounds a bit too forced to me. But overall it's definitely a good voice and i love the song all combined, even with the growls.

Extreme ones? Are they with female front singers? It may sound weird but the only metal stuff i'm listening to is female fronted. I think only one male fronted band made it to my library (Disturbed)

In my recent charts I had a handful of those:
Ascending Dawn - Opposites - closer to alternative metal than gothic
Skarlett Riot - Warrior - softer one than Ascending Dawn
Jinjer - A Plus Or A Minus - check their live performances, the girl switches from growl to clean and back in no time
Awaken Solace ~ Moon over the Mountain - closer to folk and goth metal
Storm Seeker - The Longing - male/female vocal duo on a ''pirate'' metal song
Metaprism - Unleash The Fire - male/female vocal duo
also you can check Anavae - brilliant, but constantly overlooked UK female-led alternative rock act (something heavier than PVRIS)

As in the clothes don't stop you from removing them yourself, or don't stop you from groping him over/under/through them...?

Ha, well, so at least it's not like you've really stopped enjoying video games - you've just found a new way to enjoy them (by watching your sexy awesome partner play them.) Not a bad deal, tbh! It sounds like you've already made a positive impact on his gaming habits too, by introducing him into the wonderful world of Pokémon <3 I've never checked out Skyrim, but I've watched Ian play Assassin's Creed: Origins a bit lately (mostly because the main character gets shirtless sometimes...)

I've nearly finished the "Rainbow Rocket" post-game arc in Ultra Sun, and my team = Incineroar/Fuegro, Alolan Raichu, Alolan Sandslash/Sandamer, Alolan Ninetales/Vulnona, Salazzle/Amfira, and Palossand/Colossand (all around Lv. 70.) The arc has been pretty fun, with some great throwback music and puzzles to solve (though there's a TAD too many repetitive Grunt/Rüpel battles, but I think that's to help ensure your team isn't too under-levelled for all the Bosses using Legendaries.)

I also had “religious education” class though, but also not for very long, so I was raised quite neutral when it comes to religion. I think it’s important to get to know the religion, however, everyone should decide for themselves what they want to believe in or not.
A sect as in...a cult? That's pretty intense, but it sounds like you all came out of it just fine! Is your new partner religious or spiritual at all?

Ah interesting. I think there are no J-Pop songs in my library, but a few K-Pop ones (like Psy, the two albums by Taeyeon, the last album by Girls’ Generation and that’s it iirc).
Ah, yeah, I really should give PSY more credit! J-Pop just got a head-start with me because a friend in college sat me down and introduced me to a handful of his favorite songs/videos, and some of them really hooked me right away!

The standout for me (besides "Guilty" and "Crybaby") has definitely been "Surrender." Some other top picks would be "My Body" (which you called a while back!), "Lost And Lonely", "Tonight's Not The Only Night", "Kings And Queens", "Til I'm Done", and "Love Me As I Am."

Ooh, I didn't expect "End Game" to be that high! I'm VERY excited by that news about "Delicate" too Hopefully it'll get a video at some point to help secure the No. 1 spot in your heart (and maybe on your chart too...)

Yeah, "Everyday" wasn't the absolute worst/most shocking choice...but I would've MUCH preferred "Greedy" (or even "Be Alright", though I'm less sure about that one's hit potential.)

Every year I’d like to have my YEC prepared before starting it, but it always turns out completely different and I get a bit stressed then. I hope the first song may be released soon as I need something fresh/new from her (I don’t count “Home” as her single somehow, even though her part is my most favorite one).
I'm curious to hear what she serves up next (especially with the way she switches up genres/sounds, we could be in for a total surprise), but I can understand her wanting to hold off at least a little longer, since "Meant To Be" is still climbing in the US (and hasn't taken off at all in the UK, though I guess "I Got You" never took off there either.)

Woah - so "Whatever It Takes" already matches their highest peak ever! You've definitely explored their material more than I have, since there's a least a few titles that I don't recognize. I know I'm in a very small minority on this, but "Radioactive" is far from my favorite (of what I've heard) I've been much more drawn toward "It's Time", "Demons", "On Top Of The World", "Shots", "Thunder"...

I’m still not the biggest fan of that choice though, but it’s definitely a sooo much better choice than “Revenge”.
Ha - though now that I've played through the full album several times, I appreciate "Revenge" a little more. The album is generally pretty serious and contemplative/reflective, with a LOT of talk about death/the afterlife, so something as juvenile/silly/playful as "Revenge" is kind of refreshing in the context of the album as a whole (even if it seems somewhat out-of-place.)

Impressive! Exciting! So even though it hasn't lasted quite as long as "Broken Glass" (yet), it must've had a stronger run during the weeks it's been around?

Preach. "Let Me Go" finally cracked the Hot 100 Top 40, but Hailee REALLY ought to be bigger (like Rachel too) I'm curious to see how "Capital Letters" fares with you!

                          • A new year, and already a new metal No. 1 for me to check out! This one seems almost...Celtic-metal? The singer's voice kind of reminds me of Tarja (though that might just be because I'm still pretty unfamiliar with the genre, so it's all more likely to blur together a bit.)
                          • LOVIN' that Top 5 debut for "Finesse" Could I get Bruno's discography? I hadn't been paying much attention to the 24K Magic era for a while (I'd already played "Versace" so much back when it was a promo single in late-2016 that I didn't really get back into it when it became the third official single, and I didn't even realize "Chunky" was a kinda-sorta-proper single until I was reading an article about the new version of "Finesse"), but this remix (and its video) have really put Bruno back on my brain! I even added the rest of the album to my library too.
                          • "For You", on the other hand, has been a bit of a letdown (especially since both acts were coming off singles that I really enjoyed.) The pre-chorus is pretty promising ("I'm free as a bird..."), but the actual chorus just doesn't grab me.
                          • It still does more for me than "Filthy", though Justin's pretty much always been hit-or-miss with me, though. I never got into "Suit & Tie", but then he dropped "Mirrors", so hopefully he can pull off something like that again.

Yet another chart that floats my boat, Tansike!

Yep! Ah yeah, one positive impact so far. Let’s see if he’ll play another Pokémon game. Hopefully the next Generation will be for Switch as well, this would give me a chance to get him into the ‘usual’ Pokémon games as well  I know that Assassin’s Creed exist but have no idea what it’s about, but judging from pictures it may be similar to Skyrim. Ahhhh… sounds like a very good reason to watch him play the game!

Woah, awesome team! I never tried Palossand/Colossand out so far, how is it to play? Salazzle/Amfira seems very popular, I always hated it if an opponent had it in the team. I only read that there’s that ‘Rainbow Rocket’ thing but don’t know what it’s about, but it sounds pretty cool. Guess I found a reason to pick it up again!

Yep, but it wasn’t that bad, it was actually quite funny with singing and doing stuff. He’s not really religious or spiritual, no.

That’s cool! It’s interesting how the US is embracing K-Pop (or J-Pop to a lesser extent) more than Europe does. That genre is still very unknown over here, I’m only getting into a few stuff due to UKMix.

YASSS  Obviously very happy to read about “My Body” being one of your favorite ones as well. And “Tonight’s Not The Only Night” is another one I’d call my fave. And despite the album having not a big impact on me, I’m slightly surprised by myself how well I recognize all the songs you mentioned… I guess I really should give “The Architect” another chance this year. Hopefully she’ll pick a third single soon, that would be a cool way to get back into the whole thing.

I’d love “Delicate” to get a video and become a single, though I’m not sure about that #1 spot on my chart. The later a song gets released, the harder it is for it to become a big(ger) hit on my charts as I already played it quite a lot. It’ll depend on the competition… as for “End Game”, it will finally appear on my chart this week, though not as high as initially expected. The video is very underwhelming… what do you think about it?

“Greedy” is the best remaining track on “Dangerous Woman”, so that would have been another brilliant choice too!

That’s a good decision. Also, the YEC section feels much less busy than it used to be in the last few years. There used to be many more people doing a countdown, and topics used to get much more views So caring about the weekly chart is definitely more worth…

I’m afraid the UK won’t happen when it comes to “Meant To Be”. I just checked and “I Got You” only made it to #91 there. So if I’d were her, I wouldn’t wait until “Meant To Be” may take off in the UK and release something new soon, so it could still benefit from “Meant To Be”’s success.

I know I'm in a very small minority on this, but "Radioactive" is far from my favorite (of what I've heard) I've been much more drawn toward "It's Time", "Demons", "On Top Of The World", "Shots", "Thunder"...
It does, though time will tell if it will show the same longevity as other songs did. Which ones do you not recognize? I guess “Warriors” would be one of them? That one was quite underrated on my charts, as it would be my favorite song by them if I would have to name one (or maybe second, behind “Radioactive”). There was a The Voice Of Germany contestant who I loved (and who won in the end), and she also performed “Warriors”, which is one of my most favorite performances ever
Ah well, your picks are great too. They actually have a very strong discography when I think about it now…

Looking at it that way, you’re completely right. There aren’t many playful/funny songs on the album, so it’s definitely a nice change. However, it still ranks as my least favorite song on the album and I often skip it

It did! But to be fair, the release date for the album and the single were just spot on. So it already charted well due to its own release, and shortly after the album came out which was why it kept on being high up the charts, while “Broken Glass” only got a boost through its own release at the beginning, fell down a bit and then when the album came out it came back, but not that high because I already played it much more.

That’s a perfect description! There are really some ‘celtic’ or folk influences on this and I love that! Similar to what Eluveitie did last year. Also a good comparison, Tarja really has a quite similar voice, even for me. But I have to say that the singer of Leaves’ Eyes doesn’t have the strength in her voice and sounds slightly ‘new’, like not as much trained as Tarja.

Sure, here’s Bruno Mars’ discography. His second era was huge as you can see. Wait, where was “Chunky” a ‘kinda-sorta-proper single’? I would love a full proper push for that one, as it’s one of my faves on the album. Anyways, really happy to hear you enjoy the new version of “Finesse”. The video is sooo cool and the song sounds like it’s straight out the 90s. Glad to hear you added the whole album to your library

I have to agree with you a bit on “For You”. At first I really liked it, however, that excitement wore off shockingly quickly. Now I think it’s a huge disappointment, especially for Rita and after the two pop smashes “Your Song” and “Anywhere”…

And again, I agree with you on “Filthy”. Justin is usually miss for me, so “Filthy” is already his highest charting track ever on my chart Though I don’t see it lasting longer than two weeks in total at this point….

                              Thank you so much

So you're not dripping in finesse, but you have a decent amount on you at the moment. Good to know! For me, the original was already incredible to the extent that Cardi B's presence isn't really necessary, but I do love her look in the video!

"For You" is nice. Great to see "Whatever It Takes" so high; it was a big favourite of mine last year. "Filthy" is sub-par, but "Supplies" is better, so I'm curious to see if that one has a bigger impact here.

Yes, it is. Also with a little bit of folk elements (= celtic/folk metal).

Funny thing is, i never cared about "Finesse" on "24K Magic", but this new remix really got me hooked, so i'm surprised it's kinda the other way for you, as you love(d) Cardi B lately! As for now, i will stick with the presentation as it was in the past few months / years. I'll try new things out when the time will allow it and maybe there'll be a few changes later this year.

Once again, thanks to everyone who voted & also a huge thanks to the ones who took the time to write something about it in this topic - it's VERY appreciated! <3

Here are the poll results - somehow it doesn't work to post it as a pic.

                                      • Singles Top40

New songs keep on floating into the charts and there are another five new entries and two re-entries on the Singles Top40 this week, though none of them was a major competition for Leaves’ Eyes, who remain atop the charts with “Across The Sea”. The track already is the first song to spend multiple weeks at number one obviously, which is a very good sign as only twelve songs were able to do so last year and they all landed inside the Top100 of the Year-End Charts. Their closest follower was once again Noah Cyrus, who stays at #2 for a third non-consecutive week with her smash “Again”.

The highest of all the new arrivals comes in at #3 and is called “The Champion”, a new single by American country star Carrie Underwood featuring rapper Ludacris. It’s Carrie’s first entry since “Dirty Laundry” hit the Top3 in mid 2016 as the fourth and final single of her hit album “Storyteller”, and her 11th appearance overall. The statistics look different for Ludacris, who last appeared on my charts as a feature on Justin Bieber’s “All Around The World” back in 2012, with another two entries dating back to 2011 (“Little Bad Girl” by David Guetta) and 2010 (“Break Your Heart” by Taio Cruz) – all of them being just featurings for him. While Carrie remained mainly country when it comes to her releases, Taylor Swift definitely changed her style now, but the former country singer also gets a new entry in the Top10 with a featured rapper this week. She arrives at #10 with “End Game”, the next official single of her album “Reputation”, and the track features Ed Sheeran and Future. Nearly five years ago, Taylor was responsible for Ed Sheeran’s very first chart notation ever, as their duet “Everything Has Changed” became his chart debut. He obviously collected lots of hits since then, while Future shared the same fate as Ludacris and has yet to get an entry as a lead artist.

Just missing out the Top10 is Australian singer Troye Sivan, as his new single “My My My!” enters the charts at #11. It’s a big reason to celebrate nonetheless, as it immediately becomes his highest peaking chart entry ever, surpassing the #18 peak of “Wild” (2015). Canadian Country singer Meghan Patrick makes her charts debut as “Country Music Made Me Do It” is new at #21. The fifth and final new entry goes to Dua Lipa, who follows up “New Rules” with “IDGAF” (#24). It will be interesting to see if she can match the success of “New Rules”, but so far “IDGAF” already surpassed her single “Blow Your Mind (Mwah)” and the collaboration “No Lie” with Sean Paul when it comes to chart success. When it comes to the two re-entries, both are by Camila Cabello, as the release of her solo debut album “Camila” brings back “Never Be The Same” (#15) and “Havana” (#22),. Both get a new peak this week, which may be shocking for the latter, as it was one of the biggest smashes on the world’s chart last year.

The rest of the Top10: Machine Gun Kelly, X Ambassadors and Bebe Rexha’s “Home” dips 3-4, Bruno Mars & Cardi B’s “Finesse” slips 4-5, “Whatever It Takes” by Imagine Dragons recovers 7-6, “Out Of The Darkness” by My Indigo is down 5-7, followed by Sigrid’s “Strangers” (6-8) and Anne-Marie’s “Then” (8-9).

Apart from the usual ups & downs and the already mentioned new and re-entries there’s not too much going on this week. It’s no surprise to see Lindsey Stirling’s “Christmas C’mon” leaving the chart, but there’s one final Christmas single on the chart with her “Carol Of The Bells” holding on incredibly well (10-13) and even gets certified with Gold this week. It’s already her 16th chart entry with a certification out of 20 entries in total, including her collaborations. Liam Payne’s & Rita Ora’s “For You” has to leave the Top10 as well, but with a much bigger drop (9-20). Rita’s other charting single – “Anywhere” – has yet to leave the Top15 (11-14), despite charting for already 13 weeks. As expected, Katy Perry’s “Hey Hey Hey” can’t repeat the success of her last few singles and already tumbles down 18-30 in its fourth week, while with “My Sweet Mystery”, “Perfect”, “Praying”, “Galway Girl” and “Dead To Me”, some of last years biggest hits have to leave the chart this week.

Sam Smith’s “One Last Song” goes back to its peak as the biggest climber (16-12) while Justin Timberlake’s “Filthy” is the unexpected biggest loser this week (19-40).

                                      • Album Top20

It’s a very unsual week for January, as there are quite a few changes on the Album Top20, with three new arrivals and three re-entries on the charts this week. What’s even more impressive is that all these new arrivals made the Top3.

The highest of these new entries is “Sign Of The Dragonhead”, the seventh studio album by symphonic metal band Leaves’ Eyes. A week following the top debut of their song “Across The Sea” on the Singles Top40, they’re doing the same on the album charts now, with “Sign Of The Dragonhead” also being their very first notation on the album charts ever. They’re followed by former Fifth Harmony member Camila Cabello, who debuts at #2 with her first solo album “Camila”. That’s a surprisingly high debut, as none of the albums singles performed that well on the singles charts so far, and yet the album still got a higher peak than all of Fifth Harmony’s releases to date. The third and final new entry belongs to Canadian country singer Meghan Patrick, who released her second album “Country Music Made Me Do It” a week ago and gets her very first notation with it at #3.

The three re-entries are two big releases from last year and a little evergreen. One of them made the Top10, and that’s “Lust For Life” by Lana Del Rey, which makes a rather unexpected comeback at #10. The other big release from last year is “Evolve” by Imagine Dragons, which is back at #17, while the little evergreen is Carrie Underwood’s “Storyteller”, which returns to #11.

The rest of the Top10: The Soundtrack for “Bright” drops 1-4, followed by a stable “Waves” by Rachel Platten (5-5), “hopeless fountain kingdom” by Halsey (3-6), “Nirvana” by Inna (2-7), “All Your Fault, Pt. 1” by Bebe Rexha (4-8) and The Dark Element’s self-titled album (6-9). Inna’s “Nirvana” goes Gold this week, giving her the fifth consecutive album with a certification.

Pentatonix’ “A Pentatonix Christmas” completely leaves the Top20 with Lindsey Stirling’s “Warmer In The Winter” dropping 10-19, which means the Christmas period is definitely over now. Taylor Swift’s “Reputation” (9-12), “Revival” by Eminem (8-13) and “All Your Fault, Pt. 2” by Bebe Rexha (7-14) all have to leave the upper half as well.

Hopefully the next Generation will be for Switch as well, this would give me a chance to get him into the 'usual' Pokémon games as well  I know that Assassin's Creed exist but have no idea what it's about, but judging from pictures it may be similar to Skyrim. Ahhhh… sounds like a very good reason to watch him play the game!

Woah, awesome team! I never tried Palossand/Colossand out so far, how is it to play? Salazzle/Amfira seems very popular, I always hated it if an opponent had it in the team. I only read that there's that 'Rainbow Rocket' thing but don't know what it's about, but it sounds pretty cool. Guess I found a reason to pick it up again!
I'm sure you can figure out some ways to make sure he enjoys playing the Pokémon Switch game ;) ;) ;) I don't know TOO much about the Assassin's Creed series either, but they seem to involve time travel/embodying your ancestors, and the most recent one sends you to ancient Egypt (aka ample opportunities for shirtlessness...)

I was a little disappointed by Palossand/Colossand, since the design/concept is so cool - but the fact that it's so slow and has a handful of pretty common weaknesses made it harder to use as often as I would've liked. It also doesn't help that it doesn't evolve until Lv. 42 Hopefully this isn't TOO much of a spoiler (and just gives you more reasons to get back into the game), but a big part of the Rainbow Rocket arc is battling the previous evil team leaders - and since it's during the post-game, their teams are pretty high-level and even include Legendary and Mega-Evolved Pokémon, which was fun to see outside of the Battle Tree!

Yeah, some K-Pop labels/teams must've really invested in US promo, because Billboard is constantly publishing articles about K-Pop acts on their website, even though K-Pop acts still rarely make the actual Billboard charts (I think there's only 1 K-Pop song on the Hot 100 right now?). K-Pop also has its own separate genre tab on the US iTunes Store (whereas J-Pop doesn't.)

And "Tonight's Not The Only Night" is another one I'd call my fave. And despite the album having not a big impact on me, I'm slightly surprised by myself how well I recognize all the songs you mentioned… I guess I really should give "The Architect" another chance this year. Hopefully she'll pick a third single soon, that would be a cool way to get back into the whole thing.
You know how to pick 'em! I haven't looked into this too much, it seems that "Till I'm Done" might be the 3rd single, which is probably one of the best choices. The production is definitely among the most fun-n-funky on the whole album.

The later a song gets released, the harder it is for it to become a big(ger) hit on my charts as I already played it quite a lot. It'll depend on the competition… as for "End Game", it will finally appear on my chart this week, though not as high as initially expected. The video is very underwhelming… what do you think about it?
Ha, well, I haven't actually watched it yet Partially because I keep reading about how underwhelming it is, but also because the RFI vid was such a non-event...

Preach I mean, I do love "Moonlight" even more, but I recognize that it just doesn't have the same hit potential as "Greedy." If "Let Me Love You" hadn't already been a promo single/had a video released earlier, I think it would've been a solid choice for the fourth proper single too.

Yeah, it's not quite as nice or as thorough as yours, but it's organized by artist and includes the date each song debuted, the peaks, and how many weeks they lasted in total.

I guess "Warriors" would be one of them? That one was quite underrated on my charts, as it would be my favorite song by them if I would have to name one (or maybe second, behind "Radioactive"). There was a The Voice Of Germany contestant who I loved (and who won in the end), and she also performed "Warriors", which is one of my most favorite performances ever
Yeah, I don't think I've heard "Gold", "Warriors", or "Roots" before - which kind of makes sense, since it looks like those all came from Smoke + Mirrors, and I didn't pay much attention to that era ("I Bet My Life" never clicked with me, and none of the singles became big Hot 100 hits, so that whole era was pretty easy to forget/ignore.)

So it already charted well due to its own release, and shortly after the album came out which was why it kept on being high up the charts, while "Broken Glass" only got a boost through its own release at the beginning, fell down a bit and then when the album came out it came back, but not that high because I already played it much more.
Makes sense. So exact chart performance aside, would you still say that PFY is your favorite from Waves? Or even your favorite from her EVER...?

Yes, PLZ. There was an article on Billboard.com that kept mentioning her "sophomore/next album", and I'm like "Excuse you? You mean FIRST/debut album? Because that 4-5 track HAIZ EP does NOT count as her first album..."

Also a good comparison, Tarja really has a quite similar voice, even for me. But I have to say that the singer of Leaves' Eyes doesn't have the strength in her voice and sounds slightly 'new', like not as much trained as Tarja.
AKA Tarja should be her mentor?

I would love a full proper push for that one, as it's one of my faves on the album. Anyways, really happy to hear you enjoy the new version of "Finesse". The video is sooo cool and the song sounds like it's straight out the 90s. Glad to hear you added the whole album to your library
That longevity for "Locked Out Of Heaven"! The 24K Magic era is actually looking pretty unimpressive even compared to the Doo-Wops era (no No. 1's OR any songs lasting 10+ weeks yet...)

So this article from Billboard.com refers to "Finesse" as the album's fifth single, and mentions how how "The track follows "24K Magic," "That's What I Like," "Versace On the Floor," and "Chunky". Then this other article did the same thing: "24K Magic, Mars' third album, is now 14 months old; with two pop smashes to its credit: "That's What I Like" and the title track. But its two most recent singles, "Versace on the Floor" and "Chunky," haven't fared as well, the former grazing the top 40 and the latter missing the Hot 100 altogether." I guess "Chunky" must've been officially sent to at least one radio format here in the US for Billboard to mention it like that...?

o Props to Carrie for delivering such an unexpected collaboration, but the song itself isn't doing a whole lot for me. I know this is a little petty/trivial, but I have a hard time separating it from American football/the Super Bowl, which just doesn't interest me Especially with lines like "I did it for the love of the game" and "all you people watching on the TV, you go ahead and put your bets on me" that are really sports-specific (instead of making it a more general/universal empowerment anthem.) I get that it was made to be the Super Bowl anthem, so she certainly did her job - it just makes the song resonate with me less.
o I'm glad that "End Game" managed to sneak into your Top 10 (even with an underwhelming video) - but it looks like it blocked poor Troye in the process!
o Woah, "Never Be The Same" instantly out-peaks "Havana" (which earns a new peak itself, but still outside your Top 20) Although I'll still be shocked if it winds up being nearly as big on official charts, NBTS has really grown on me, and I've been pleasantly surprised with her album. "In The Dark" has been the clear standout, but I'm also pretty hooked on "All These Years" and "Inside Out." I'd love to hear more about your faves!
o I was definitely surprised to see that Dua went with such a high-concept video for "IDGAF" to follow-up her international breakthrough smash. I don't think it's necessarily a bad thing to make videos that are more thought-provoking or involve more obscure references, but it does strike me as a surprisingly risky move at such a crucial time for her. The "New Rules" video offered something different and was REALLY well-done, without requiring people to do any outside research just to understand what's happening/what she's trying to convey...

                                            Yet another smooth-sailing chart, Tansike!

Ahhh Troye's new adventure. I was listening to the radio and they mentioned it's quite a departure from his previous work. However when I listened to it, I don't see that? Would you agree at all? I'm still sitting on the fence with it ATM.

It's not a single for an upcoming album, but a promo release for the upcoming Super Bowl. I really like it, though most of her previous singles were better.

I was thinking the same to be honest For me it sounds typical Troye

                                                  Haha I think so too
Ah sounds kinda interesting and also like something my partner would play He’s currently stanning for ‘Horizon’ which looks very interesting! It’s only available for the PS4 though and not for Switch, otherwise I’d play it as well.

Interesting to know. To be honest, I never was a big fan of its design, but the concept behind it was interesting for sure. I get what you mean with evolving so late, i’m usually avoiding to add team members which evolve so late as it gets really tough to play with them by time (until they’re evolved, of course). Sounds VERY interesting and no, that’s not a spoiler for me and yes, you’re making me interested again Guess what? I still didn’t play again… but my Gameboy is always in my handpocket when I’m going to my partner, so the attempt was there

K-Pop also has its own separate genre tab on the US iTunes Store (whereas J-Pop doesn't.)
I don’t know how a K-Pop song is able to enter the Hot 100, but I guess streaming and even more airplay are still not that good for them. But the albums do even better iirc, at least they’re always charting very high on iTunes when they get released, so the promo definitely pays off. Ah interesting, I didn’t know about that! So that genre is really getting a better push than J-Pop…

Oh I read about the release of “Till I’m Done” as well. It seems to be a fan favorite and I hope it does well for her, but personally I would have preferred another track as the third single. It’s sad how both “Crybaby” and “Guilty” underperformed in the UK… especially the latter, as it would have been cool to see that one being a hit around Christmas, plus it’s a ballad like “Only Love Can Hurt Like This” which is her biggest hit.

I forgot how huge “Moonlight” was on your charts, so yeah, no surprise to hear you would have loved a single treatment for this I always thought the Macy Gray collaboration would have been a cool track to release as well.

Updating the Discographies is actually my favorite thing to do when it comes to my personal charts, as I’m always very interested to see how the artists are doing and something I get surprised by myself (despite making it all by myself ) – the latest case is Rachel, as shortly mentioned (when “Perfect For You” surpassed “Broken Glass”).

Yeah, I don't think I've heard "Gold", "Warriors", or "Roots" before - which kind of makes sense, since it looks like those all came from Smoke + Mirrors, and I didn't pay much attention to that era ("I Bet My Life" never clicked with me, and none of the singles became big Hot 100 hits, so that whole era was pretty easy to forget/ignore.) Good question, as I’m not sure at all! It’s a similar case with Taylor Swift’s LWYMMD and “Ready For It?” – it depends on the mood. Sometimes I prefer “Perfect For You” to “Broken Glass”, and sometimes it’s the other way round. But these two are definitely her best singles to date. When it comes to tracks overall, it also depends on my mood. “Lone Ranger” and “Congratulations” from “Wildfire” are still awesome, plus I also LOVE “Collide” off “Waves”, so these would be my personal Top5 from Rachel but in no exact running order. Speaking of “Collide”, I really, really hope that would be the next single, if there’s one. But knowing her, I guess there won’t be another single and if there’ll be one, it will be another track (just like she went with the disappointing “Better Place” from “Wildfire”…).
What would be your favorite song(s) from her to date?

LOOH was a beast and I never got tired of it. It left the charts after 26 weeks but the concert effect was huge enough to get it back into the Top10 and made it stay on the charts for another 27 weeks. Will be tough for him to beat this with another single. Yes, the current era is really underperforming so far, all four singles have less than half of the points compared to the “Doo-Wops” singles, but “Finesse” may turn things around now.

Just checked Wikipedia and they say “Chunky” was sent to Australian radios last November, no words about the US. So I guess it’s counted as a single there? I’m confused, as I would have loved a single release for this (my favorite song alongside “Perm” on the album).

                                                  Yet another smooth-sailing chart, Tansike!
Since I’m not American, I’m absolutely not interested in the Super Bowl, so that’s probably why I don’t really see that connection of “The Champion”. I think it’s a great song and she’s delivering them vocals, plus the unexpected featuring is so much better than I expected. It’s obviously not as great as some of her ‘normal’ singles though, and I really hope she’ll kick off her next era soon as I’m really looking forward to new proper music from her!

True… but “End Game” is a song by Taylor and features Ed, two big hitmakers, while “My My My!” immediately became Troye’s highest peaking entry ever, so Troye still has a reason to celebrate while “End Game” did quite poorly after all… and it’s likely to see it falling out of the Top10 this week & I don’t see it coming back

“Never Be The Same” benefits more as it’s still fresh, while that’s not the case for “Havana”. Anyways, the peak or whole chartrun of “Havana” is definitely a huge shock and it should have done better last year. I’m really liking the album and NBTS also grew on me, and maybe, just maybe, she’ll have two entries in the Top20 next week
When it comes to album tracks, “She Loves Control” would be my favorite, “Real Friends” is really good, too. But to be fair all of them are really solid and I’m positively surprised by “Camila”.

So… do you like the video for “IDGAF”? I think it’s very well done and it has a similar artistic feel to it like the one for “New Rules”, so I thought it was very fitting as the follow-up. I love how she’s investing into videos, something which didn’t happen too often with pop girls lately.

                                                  Thanks a lot

                                                    • Singles Top40

New songs keep on being released this year and so it happens that there are another seven debuts in the Top40 this week, with another two songs making a re-entry. And while all of this brought some changes again, there still was absolutely no competition for “Across The Sea” by Leaves’ Eyes, which easily spends a third consecutive week atop the Singles Top40. It got played over 30 times last week, bringing its current total to around 160 plays, which is nearly three times as much as the second most played song of the year so far.

Leaves’ Eyes’ biggest competition were two new entries. Australian music legend Kylie Minogue has released a new single called “Dancing”, which serves as the lead track to her upcoming album “Golden”. The song enters the charts at #2, making it her third Top3 entry following “In My Arms” (#3, 2008) and “Higher” with Taio Cruz (#1, 2011), and her first entry since “I Was Gonna Cancel” debuted and peaked at #9 in 2014. The other debut is “Feuer”, the new single by German pagan-folk band Faun, which arrives at #3. It’s only their second chart entry so far, but “Federkleid” was a really big hit in 2016 with peaking at #2 and spending 13 weeks on the charts in total.

Apart from these two high debuts, all other five entries missed to appear in the Top20, so they’re all new in the lower half. The Chainsmokers already collected several chart entries, though only “Don’t Let Me Down” was a real hit, peaking at #3 in 2016 and being certified with Platinum. The electronic duo is back now with the new single “Sick Boy”, which becomes their seventh chart notation at #22. It’s a similar case for Canadian rapper Drake, who already has a few entries, but only one real hit and that was “What’s My Name” alongside Rihanna in 2010. His newest single “God’s Plan” came out of the blue and makes its entry at #26. Two spots lower is “Rolling Stone”, which marks the very first notation ever for French music legend Mylene Farmer. Only a few days following their first single releases, Troye Sivan and Justin Timberlake already released follow-ups, but both are rather flopping with Troye’s “The Good Boy” making it to #35 and Justin’s “Supplies” barely getting into the Top40 at #40.

As mentioned, there are also two re-entries. First Aid Kit make a stellar return to #11 for “It’s A Shame”, as the track got a huge boost through the album release of “Ruins”. The other comeback goes to The Dark Element, as their “My Sweet Mystery” is back at #37.

The rest of the best: Noah Cyrus’ “Again” dips 2-4, followed by Carrie Underwood’s “The Champion” (3-5), Bruno Mars’ “Finesse” (5-6), Machine Gun Kelly & Co.’s “Home” (4-7), My Indigo’s “Out Of The Darkness” (7-8), Imagine Dragons’ “Whatever It Takes” (6-9) and Sigrid’s “Stranger” (8-10).

Camila Cabello’s release of her solo debut album “Camila” already pushed the two singles “Never Be The Same” and “Havana” back to the charts a week ago, and both are rising even further now, with “Never Be The Same” climbing 15-12 and “Havana” going up 22-15. These are new peaks for both entries. Dua Lipa’s “IDGAF” also sees an increase, as it jumps 24-14. “Then” by Anne-Marie (9-13) and “End Game” by Taylor Swift (10-17) both leave the Top10.

“Havana” by Camila is the biggest climber while Paloma Faith tumbles down 27-38 with “Guilty” as the biggest loser this week.

Another two new and two re-entries brought some changes to the Album Top20, but Leaves’ Eyes still left the competition far behind, as they easily top the album charts for a second week with “Sign Of The Dragonhead”. The album gathered over 200 plays last week, bringing the total to nearly 600 – well over three times as much as the second most played album of the year so far!

The higher of the two new entries is “Ruins” at #2, the fourth album by Swedish folk-sisters First Aid Kit. The duo wrote history back in mid 2015 with “Stay Gold”, as the album debuted and peaked atop the album charts as the very first album to do so solely based on streams. Prior that, it was usual to see only albums topping the charts that I also own physically, however, with the start of Apple Music, this statistic has changed drastically. From the current Top20, only three albums are in my physical collection, so a whopping 85% of the current charting albums are there solely based on streams through Apple Music. Prior 2015, it was even usual to see weeks with an impressive 100% ratio of owning a physical copy of charting albums.

The second new arrival is “M A N I A” at #6, the seventh album by American rock-pop band Fall Out Boy. It’s their very first notation ever on my charts, and they have yet to get an entry on the Singles Top40.

Camila Cabello’s “Camila” (2-3) and Meghan Patrick’s “Country Music Made Me Do It” (3-5) are holding on quite well after their entries a week ago, with Rachel Platten’s “Waves” being between them (5-4). While it’s usual to see some discoveries having more success than usual during this quiet time of the year, it’s also usual to see some older releases having a second life, and Rachel’s “Waves” definitely belongs to that group. The Dark Element’s self-titled album (9-7), Halsey’s “hopeless fountain kingdom” (6-8), the “Bright” Soundtrack (4-9) and Inna’s “Nirvana” (7-10) make the Top10 complete.

As shortly mentioned, there are two re-entries in the Top20, both of them in the lower half. Lady GaGa returns to #11 with “Joanne”. She will play her Swiss concert in two and a half weeks, so it’s expected to see her slaying the charts very soon. The other little comeback goes to First Aid Kit, as their “Stay Gold” is back at #17.

“Lust For Life” by Lana Del Rey (10-14) and “All Your Fault, Pt. 1” by Bebe Rexha (8-15) leave the Top10.
