After the top debut by Loreen last week, the swedish singer falls down two places with her new hit “My Heart Is Refusing Me” (1-3). So there’s a new number one and like the last few weeks, it’s a new entry!
New on top is “In Love With The World”, the new single by danish singer-songwriter Aura Dione. It’s the third single of her second album “Before The Dinsoaurs”, and like the previous two singles (“Geronimo” and “Friends)”, “In Love…” debuts on top. It’s already her fourth #1 single out of 6 singles notation, the fourth one was her breaktrough hit “I Will Love You Monday (365)” back in 2010.
“Ride” is stable this week at #2 thanks to the amazing music video. Also new in the Top5 is the new single by Justin Bieber, called “Beauty And A Beat” and featuring Nicki Minaj. After the surprising success of “As Long As You Love Me”, which peaked at #4, it’s Justin’s second Top5 hit. It’s also the 6th Top5 hit for Nicki. One place above them there’s TinkaBelle. After they halfed their positions last week (from #16 to #8), they’re also doing it this week, climbing 8-4. It’s their first Top5 notation.
Meanwhile, three songs are falling out of the Top5 for the first time. Ke$ha’s “Die Young” falls 3-6, Carly’s “This Kiss” falls 4-7 and Rihanna’s “Diamonds” falls 5-8. “Euphoria” by Loreen at #9 and “Anything Could Happen” by Ellie Goulding at #10 are rounding up the Top10.
There was also a new entry outside the Top10. After the huge success with “Almost Lover” in 2008 (#1, Platinum certification), A Fine Frenzy gets her second single notation ever with “Now Is The Start”, new at #19.
On the Album Top10, Ellie’s “Halcyon” is reigning for a second week. Behind her, there’s the third album by A Fine Frenzy, called “Pines”. It’s her first album notation ever. Rounding up the Top3, Aura Dione’s “Before The Dinosaurs” profits from the success of “In Love With The World” and comes back at #3.
There are also two new certifications. The first one goes to “KISS” by Carly Rae Jepsen. The album gets a Gold certification after five weeks in the charts. It’s her first certification for an album. The other certification goes to “Born To Die” by charts-empress Lana Del Rey. The album gets an incredible 4x Platinum certification. It’s just the fourth album ever to do so and with 38 weeks in the charts also the fastest one to get that certification.

Predictions for this week
After the top debut of "In Love With The World", the song by Aura Dione will fall a few places this week. Top candidate for the first place this week is "Glow In The Dark", a new single by tyDi and Kerli. It would be the first charts appearance for tyDi and already the fourth for Kerli.
Both, "Stardust" and "We Are Never Getting Back Together" should climb some places thanks to the album releases of both singers. Apart of those predicitions, it seems like there won't be that much moves on the Singles Charts this week.
Much more will happen on the album charts. Three impressive debuts are to expect. The biggest one will be "Red" by Taylor Swift. After her enormous success with "Speak Now", a debut on top could be for sure. But "Halcyon" is still a very strong competitor and it will be a tight fight between these two albums.
Also new in the album charts will be "Stardust" by German singer Lena and "Believe" by Justin Bieber. Both will debut inside the Top5 for sure, the question is just how high. So it's possible to see "Born To Die" for the first time outside the Top5...Comment

It is always # | Last Week | Time In | Highest Position - Artist - Song or Album
As predicted, there’s already a new number one this week. After only one week on top, “In Love With The World” falls down 1-5. New on top is the song “Glow In The Dark”. It’s a collaboration between tyDi and Kerli.
It’s already the fourth charts entry for Kerli and the first one for Australian DJ tyDi. It’s also already the fourth chart topper for Kerli, after her previous singles “Walking On Air” (2008), “Army Of Love” (2010) and “Zero Gravity” (2012). Every song spent two weeks on top of the single charts. Kerli has also a re-entry. “Army Of Love” comes back at #20.
The other two songs in the Top3 are also new, but climbers from last week. The first one is “Stay On” by TinkaBelle, which is still climbing (16-8-4-2). The other one is “Beauty And A Beat” by Justin Bieber and Nicki Minaj, which moves 5-3 in it’s second week. It’s the first Top3 song for Justin and already the 6th one for Nicki. The last track in the Top5 is “Ride” by Lana Del Rey. Even with the new video out, the song is falling down to spots to #4 and is outside of the Top3 for the first time. But the song also gets a Gold certification this week.
Three songs in the Top10 are loosing some places: “My Heart Is Refusing Me” falls 3-6, “Die Young” falls 6-7 and “Diamonds” falls 8-10. The other two songs are two climbers from outside of the Top10. After two weeks at #11, “Chasing The Sun” comes back to #8. Also back in the Top10 is “Stardust” by Lena, which benefits from the album release and moves 16-9.
Also profiting from the album release is “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together”, which moves 15-11 in it’s 9th charting week. Meanwhile, “This Kiss” (7-12), “Anything Could Happen” (10-13) and “Euphoria” (9-14) are all falling out of the Top10.
On the album charts, it was a tight fight for the #1 this week. While I was pretty sure to see “Halcyon” on top two days ago, it’s finally “Red” by Taylor Swift which can debut directly at #1. With this, the singer gets a second #1 debut after “Speak Now” made the same two years ago. So after two weeks, “Halcyon” falls down 1-2 but is still doing very well. At #3, there’s another debut this week. This comes from german ESC-darling Lena (Meyer-Landrut) and her third album “Stardust”.
“Pines” falls 2-4 in it’s second week, while “Born To Die” falls 4-6 and is the first time ever outside the Top5 – in it’s 39th week! Finally, there is also a third new entry this week. While “Boyfriend” was only a minor hit (#15), Justin Bieber scored his first Top10 hit with “As Long As You Love Me” not that long ago. This week, he finally scored his first Top3 notation with “Beauty And A Beat” and even if his album is already a few months old, it makes finally it’s debut on my charts thanks to this success. So “Believe” enters the album charts at #5.
