so relieved seeing that Imagine Dragons have stabilized on your chart. Plus Madge at the top is always a delight, especially when the album is that good.
Yes, it didn't deserve to fall even more after the 2nd week drop. It's a really good album, actually. Same for Madonna, great pop album, glad you like these two entries

So many songs will listen in common. I really like all the Imagine Dragons and Madonna's entries. Blank Space and LFL is my favorite from this set.
It's great to see we have a similar taste when it comes to music!

Aww, I hoped to see 'FROOT' at the top of your Album Charts´. I think it's a brilliant record. But a #2 Position is still amazing, too.
"HAPPY" to see HAPPY, FROOT and I'm A Ruin re-entering.
Re-Peak for What I Did For Love. This is becoming my favorite DG song tbh!
I hope you'll like this weeks charts...
Glad you like Marina's entries, and her album obviously. It's amazing!
Mine as well, it's so good. Shame it won't be as successful as "Dangerous" was worldwide...

"You Are Unstoppable" is actually growing on me as is "Heartbeat Song". I also never really cared for "Lay Me Down", but I'm starting to get into it now.
...
Well, it grew on me a lot, but now i'm already over it... way too fast! It's probably one of her three weakest songs or so... unfortunately
Glad these songs grow on you. I'll buy Conchita's debut album and i hope i'll like "You Are Unstoppable" more by that time.

Ops... then you won't be too happy about this week... i guess...
It was obvious right from the start, but Lindsey Stirling finally released a video for “Take Flight”, which became the fifth single of her second album “Shatter Me” now. It directly makes it to the top, becoming her fourth song to do so after her last three singles “Roundtable Rival”, “Master Of Tides” and “Shatter Me” featuring Lzzy Hale did so last year, and her sixth charts appearance overall. Nightwish’s “Élan” leaves the top spot again, down 1-3 this week, but it has a big chance to go back up again next week due to their album release today. Last but not least, former Nightwish singer Anette Olzon is also in the Top3 as her single “Shine” improves 5-2 and gets a new peak, surpassing the debut week at #3 three weeks ago.
Apart from Lindsey on top, there are two more new entries in the Top10. While german entry “Black Smoke” by Ann Sophie became the first ESC entry to appear on the charts two weeks ago (#32), it’s swedish entry “Heroes” by Mĺns Zelmerlöw which becomes the first high charting hit from the contest this year as he debuts at #4. After “Wrapped Up” (#12) and “Up” (#4), “Seasons” serves as the third single from Olly Murs’ fourth album “Never Been Better” and becomes another Top10 entry for him as it enters the charts at #7. There are even two more new entries and one re-entry. While the re-entry comes from UK shooting star James Bay and his first hit “Hold Back The River” (#19), Meghan Trainor’s new single “Dear Future Husband” starts at #28 and “One By One” by Elize Ryd & Rickard Söderberg from the Melodifestivalen – the swedish ESC preselection – debuts at #36.
Marina And The Diamonds gets her second Top10 single this year as “I’m A Ruin” improves 14-5. It outpeakes “Primadonna” (#6) and ties “Power & Control” as the second highest charting single, obviously behind the top hit “Froot” from earlier this year (23-24). David Guetta and Emeli Sandé slips 4-6 with “What I Did For Love”, Ariana Grande is back up 10-8 with “One Last Time”, followed by Loreen who falls 2-9 with “Paper Light (Higher)” and “Build The Cities” by Karma Fields and Kerli, which falls 6-10 and closes the Top10.
“I’m A Ruin” isn’t the only song by Marina which increases a lot this week. The last promo track “Forget” just made its debut the last time, and now it’s up 26-12. Album closer “Immortal” also got a huge push and is up 34-23, while “Happy” remains the lowest charting notation from her but still climbs a little bit (37-32).
The biggest loser this week is Zedd and Selena Gomez’ “I Want You To Know” which tumbles 19-35, while Marina And The Diamonds’ “Forget” is the biggest climber.

Album Top20
Marina And The Diamonds gets her first top album as “Froot” is up one position from last week. This move is actually quite rare on my charts, as most top albums usually debuts there, but it’s already the second release of the year that does that move as Pentatonix’ “That’s Christmas To Me” went up 2-1 in its second week at the beginning of the year.
After two weeks, Madonna’s “Rebel Heart” slips 1-2, followed by Anette Olzon. The swedish singer spends her 52nd consecutive week on the album charts with her solo debut album “Shine”, and just got the Mammy Award for the Album of the Year. With the move 5-3, it’s the first time the album hits the Top3 this year. Newcomer James Bay has the only new entry as his debut album “Chaos And The Calm” starts at #4. Not bad for someone who just earned his first Top20 notation on the Singles Top40. Brandi Carlile leaves the Top3 for the first time after three weeks as “The Firewatcher’s Daughter” is down 3-5, while dutch symphonic rock band Within Temptation are back inside the Top10 with “Let Us Burn”. The live album just left the Top10 for the first time after impressive 17 weeks the last time, and it’s back up 12-6 this week. Swiss hip hop duo Lo & Leduc falls 4-7 with “Zucker fürs Volk”, while Imagine Dragons are down 6-8 with “Smoke + Mirrors”. The last two albums in the Top10 are Taylor Swift’s “1989” (7-9) and Lindsey Stirling’s “Shatter Me”, which makes a strong comeback at #10.
Nightwish’s “Made In Hong Kong” continues with falling two places each week, down 9-11 this time, leaving the Top10 after three weeks, just like Kelly Clarkson’s “Piece By Piece” (8-12). Also leaving the Top10 this week is Ariana Grande’s “My Everything” (10-13). Last but not least, Olly Murs also re-enters the charts with his current album “Never Been Better”, back at #18.

Airplay Top10
Usually the number one on the Airplay Top10 is either the same like on the Singles Top40 or an album track of the top album from the Album Top20, but this week it’s neither of them, as Anette Olzon’s newest single release “Shine” re-enters the airplay charts directly on top, surpassing the previous peak at #9 easily. With only one less play, Lindsey Stirling’s chart topping hit “Take Flight” is back at #2, also getting a new peak but it previously peaked at #3. Even more impressive is the re-entry at #3… 15 weeks on the airplay charts was already very, very impressive, but “Moving Away” by Anette Olzon climbs back at #3 for a 16th week.
Marina And The Diamonds’ “I’m A Ruin” is up 8-4, while “Forget” (#5), “Immortal” (#7), “Froot” (re at #8) and “Can’t Pin Me Down” (#9) joins it. While Nightwish’s very successful “Élan” leaves the charts, “Shudder Of The Beautiful” falls 2-6… and it’s to expect to see some more entries next week as their new album just got released. Last song on the charts is Madonna’s “Devil Pray” (4-10), which remains her only charting single after she had five entries the last time.
Plays of the Top10 went down by 44 to 168 (-20.8%) compared to last week.

week 14/2015 – 2 april 2015 Nightwish & Ed making impacts
Singles Top40
Lindsey Stirling defends her top position with “Take Flight”, which becomes the fourth song to spend more than one week on top this year now, and also her third to do the same after “Shatter Me” (3 weeks) and “Roundtable Rival” (2 weeks). Despite the album release, Nightwish’s “Élan” can’t climb back to number one as expected and remains at #3, while the highest new entry of the week is between these two songs. After a very successful 2014, Ed Sheeran was ready to release the fourth single of his second hit album “x”, which is called “Bloodstream”, and debuts at #2. It’s already his fourth song with a number two peak, and fifth charts appearance overall as only “Don’t” peaked lower (#5).
It was a pretty quiet week when it comes to new entries, as there are only two more and one re-entry. The second highest new entry is the current top hit in the UK “Hold My Hands” by Jess Glynne. It’s her fourth entry after her first solo hit “Right Here” (#38, 2014) and the two collaborations with Clean Bandit called “Rather Be” (#20, 2014) and “Real Love” (#36, 2015). Rihanna’s new single “Bitch Better Have My Money” makes a disappointing entry at #36. That’s a horrible start, as her previous lowest debut was at #13 with “California King Bed” (peak #5, 2011) and “Cockiness” (peak #8, 2012), while her lowest peaking single so far was “What Now” (#12). Last but not least, Anette Olzon’s “Lies” is back at #34.
We stay with Anette... her current single “Shine” is down 2-4 in its fifth week, which seems to become another big hit for the swedish singer. While “I’m A Ruin” remains at #5, Marina And The Diamonds gets another Top10 hit as “Immortal” jumps 23-6. The swedish entry for this years ESC, “Heroes” by Mĺns Zelmerlöw, falls 4-7, followed by David Guetta and Emeli Sandé who are down 6-8 with “What I Did For Love”. Ariana Grande’s “One Last Time” slips 8-9 and Olly Murs’ “Seasons” closes the Top10 (7-10).
Marina And The Diamonds already has two entries in the Top10, but she nearly got a third one as “Forget” is up 12-11. Her former number one hit “Froot” is down 24-30 but becomes certified with Gold this week, being her second song to do so after “Primadonna”. For the first time ever, a song from the swedish ESC preselection show called Melodifestivalen seems to become a hit. Elize Ryd, famous for being the frontwoman of the rock band Amaranthe, and Rickard Söderberg weren’t successful in the show, but are up 36-14 this week with “One By One”, which will most likely be a Top10 hit next week. Apart from Anette Olzon, Mĺns and this duo, Loreen is another swedish artist on the charts, but the lowest one as her “Paper Light (Higher)” is down 9-15.
“Ony By One” by Elize Ryd and Rickard Söderberg is the biggest climber while Kelly Clarkson’s “Heartbeat Song” is the biggest loser (18-33).

Album Top20
The finnish symphonic metal band Nightwish gets their fifth number one album and ninth entry on the album charts overall as their eighth studio album “Endless Forms Most Beautiful” debuts on top. It’s the follow-up to “Imaginaerum”, which spend an incredible 10 non-consecutive weeks at number one during 2011 and 2012, being one of only three albums with a two-digit-number of weeks on top (the other two are Selena Gomez & The Scene’s “When The Sun Goes Down” with 10 as well, and Lana Del Rey’s “Born To Die” with 12 weeks).
Marina And The Diamonds may go down to #2, but “Froot” is still doing amazing compared to its predecessor. Anette Olzon remains at #3 with “Shine”, while another big album from last year makes a jump to number four. After the re-entry last week, Lindsey Stirling’s “Shatter Me” is up 10-4 mostly because of her current top hit “Take Flight”. Madonna leaves the Top3 after three weeks as “Rebel Heart” is down 2-5, followed by James Bay’s debut album “Chaos And The Calm” (4-6). Lo & Leduc are stady at #7 with “Zucker fürs Volk”, while Brandi Carlile’s “The Firewatcher’s Daughter” leaves the Top5 in its fifth week (5-8). Imagine Dragons’ “Smoke + Mirrors” (8-9) and Taylor Swift’s “1989” (9-10) both slips one place each.
After a surprising climb last week, Within Temptation have to leave the Top10 again with “Let Us Burn”, down 6-11 in its 20th week. Ed Sheeran’s “x” benefits a lot from his new entry on the singles charts and rises back up 20-13.
1 (NEW) Nightwish – Endless Forms Most Beautiful
Chart Run: *1*- / 1w
2 (1) Marina And The Diamonds – Froot
Chart Run: 2-*1*-2- / 3w
Nightwish makes a big impact on the airplay charts as well, as nine out of eleven songs from their album make an appearance this week. The highest one is the folk rock song “My Walden”, which debuts at number one with 65 plays. The catchy “Alpenglow” got the second most plays at #2, while the lead single “Élan” re-enters the charts at #3 for a sixth charting week.
The only song not by Nightwish is “One By One”, the biggest climber on the Singles Top40 by Elize Ryd and Rickard Söderberg, which makes an entry at #4 with 31 plays. The following songs by Nightwish are also on the charts: “Weak Fantasy” is new at #5, followed by another hard rock song “Yours Is An Empty Hope” at #6, “Edema Ruh” enters at #7, the instrumental track “The Eyes Of Sharbat Gulah” comes in at #8, title track “Endless Forms Most Beautiful” at #9 and the album opener “Shudder Before The Beautiful” falls 6-10. Only the ballad “Our Decades In The Sun” (20 plays) and the 24-minute-epos “The Greatest Show On Earth” (16 plays) missed the charts, but still got played a few times. Last but not least, “Sagan”, which was already a success on the airplay charts and is only available on the physical edition of the single “Élan”, got another 6 plays this week.
Despite having more plays than last week, “Moving Away” by Anette Olzon falls out of the charts. This is actually really surprising, because 19 plays is usually enough for a Top3 placement and a lots of plays, but her former band was just too strong this week. The current number one on the singles charts – Lindsey Stirling’s “Take Flight” – also got another good 16 plays.
Plays of the Top10 went up by 160 to 328 (+95.2%) compared to last week.

I always thought it was really underrated, it seems really overlooked by the fans. It's like the Teen Idle of FROOT which is one of my favourite Marina songs. The lyrics to Immortal are incredible, some of the best on the album
Noo Heroes out of the top 5!
Marina is holding on well though!
I still don't own the song, so he's doing good right now. I'm sure he'll rise again around the ESC
Yes, she really is. Still love her album

Great chart! Blank Space is slowly becoming my fave Taylor song. Been playing it again lately. As well as Kelly's Heartbeat Song, which I found bland when I first heard it. BBHMM is a bop. Might debut on my chart high this week. BF is an underrated single, shame it lived under Problem's shadow.
I said i would check out your chart and i keep my promise.
Not heard your #1 so will give this a listen and see what i think.
Are you charting the album version of Bloodstream or the remix with Rudimental? I like the song but there are a couple of other tracks on X i like more.
Did you watch the Eurovision show last night? I thought it was really well put together even though i'd say i only got into Eurovision about 8 years ago so i didn't really know much about the older acts who performed. I know Mĺns Zelmerlöw is representing Sweden and seems to be popular with fans of the contest. Do you think Sweden will win this year?
I should check out the new Nick Jonas song as Jealous is still reasonably new to me as i only really got to know the song about a month ago. He has now climbed into my top 10 today.
Yay, so Jess Glynne has made your chart. I wonder if she will climb or drop next week. Still, it's nice to see one of my fave songs of the year so far making an impact elsewhere.
Ohhh, i didn't realise you were charting Raindrops - and it was #1 in your chart too. I saw the video on YouTube a couple of weeks ago and thought it was a great track. Its a new entry in my chart today and could be one to watch in the coming weeks.
You even have Rihanna's "weakest" song in your chart. I think Bitch better have my money is a grower. It's not as instant as songs like We found love but there's something interesting about the song.
LOL looks like Carly Rae Jepsen has had the same impact in both our charts. Enter high but drop rather quickly. The novelty of the video has worn off me a bit too but the song might stabilise in my chart.
Great new entry from Ed Sheeran! Nice climb for James Bay. Fantastic album charts!
Wow, you like lots of entries! Really glad to see that

Thank you Well, it grew a lot on me over the last few weeks, that's why it was in the Top20 again. I really, really disliked it at first, and it's still far away from being one of my faves from her. But then i love her country music much more, and it's obviously not bad at all I guess BBHMM has to grow on me a lot, as for now i think it will be out next week again Glad you think so about BF, it's amazing

Hey Jake
first of all, thanks for visiting my topic & leaving a comment. Really appreciate that
Oh i'm interested to see if you like my number one. It's pretty 'special'
It's the album version. It was already one of my favorite songs of "x" when the album came out, so i'm glad it's a single now. I'm not a big fan of the remix, so i thought i let the album version chart.
I didn't see it, but i even didn't know it aired yesterday Maybe i'll catch it up later...
As for this year, i haven't heard most entries so far as i'm waiting for the compilation which will be released in about two weeks. But from what i've read i think Sweden has big chances, and i really like their entry this year again.
If you liked "Jealous", i'm sure you will like "Chains" as well. It's another great track from him, and it's currently becoming a big hit in the US. He really surprised me with his music.
I knew you would like Jess' entry this week. She's not a big name on my charts so far, and "Hold My Hand" is already her second highest appearance ever. Not sure how it will do in the upcoming weeks, but it's currently growing on me...
Yay for "Raindrops"! I'm really glad you know that song as well, it's really cool and Kerli is my favorite artist since 2008, so everything she's doing has huge chances to be a #1 hit on my charts I hope it will be a hit on your charts
And yes... Rihanna is strong enough to make my charts even with a weak song, but i guess it will be out of the charts after just one week. Maybe the song will grow on me though
As for Carly... i loved it when it came out, but got over it very fast, and that surprises me because i really adored everything from her last album "KISS".

Same here, I didn't really like BS at first. BF, on the other hand, is pop perfection. I remember whenI heard it for the first time, I got so hooked and played it like 20 times continuously.
