I'm also annoyed. It used to premier at 2am on wow then when the clocks went forward it changed to 3 and I just can't stay up like I used to

I don't think so. The shorter episodes were a MTV thing, which RuPaul himself complained and they "fixed" later on. All Stars is a Paramount+ show, so this will probably be the same as AS7.

BTW, Heidi tweeted that the premiere episode will "gag" us. I'm excited!

Plym According to this article in Vulture, we're getting another 2 episodes premiere, just like they did with AS6 and AS7. I haven't heard much about it in the trailers, teasers and official RPDR social media posts, so we'll know for sure only on May 12th. I like 2 episodes premiere, so hope they do it this way again.

Compared to two weeks ago.

We already have a first change in the ranking, as Jimbo owns the best update with 6,8k new followers and moves past Kandy Muse to become the second most followed queen of the season. More importantly, Jimbo is just 8k followers away from Priyanka, so there's a real chance to see Jimbo already becoming the most followed queen from Canada's Drag Race next week! Even though she already has a lot of followers, I'd assume most of them come from international places and she's still rather new to the American audience, so she still has a lot of room to grow.

The second best update goes to Kahanna Montresse with 5,6k new followers. From what I saw definitely one where people were the most shocked to see back but also the one where people were the most impressed by the glow up.

Most of the rest of the cast have similar updates - unfortunately, Darienne is the only queen below a 1k update. Jessica Wild is also towards the bottom, a true shocker to me as she's definitely one to watch out in the season plus she had one of the better Entertainment Weekly interviews.

I suspect it was Jimbo’s promo look that got her the biggest increase. Phenomenal! I’m quite shocked Kahanna got the second biggest increase but I guess the glow up is quite the statement.

I’m not one bit worried about Darienne or Jessica. When the season starts they’ll show people just how good they are!

No big losses so far IMO. For the first Episode, I would have put Jessica high, Kandy should have been low IMO. Dariennes looks were not my cup of tea. I liked Kasha a lot during the performance.

Enjoyed the first two episodes. Kahanna was a gag in the first one, what a glow up, and her looks are next level, some of the best on drag race ever maybe, she’s really stepped up - pity she wasn’t great in Ep 2.

I felt bad for Monica but she’s so in her head.

I thought Nyasha was actually quite good in Ep 2 so it was sad seeing her go. I thought LaLa was the worst of the weak and then she was safe!!

Jimbo is hilarious, shes amazing to watch. Stunning looks too

The season's just started and I'm already disagreeing with the judging. For me, Kahanna was the comfortable winner in E1 and I'm glad that she got the win, but she also beat Aja in that lip-sync so was disappointed that Ru called it for Aja.

For E2, I thought the segment with Kahanna, LaLa Ri, and Heidi was the funniest and that they'd all be in the top only for Kahanna to get tossed in the bottom. I also felt like they strong-armed Jimbo for the win to match Pangina coming in that episode as the lip-sync assassin.

I'm fine with the eliminated queens thus far, but they're not getting the tops right, in my view. Also, Kandy's runways are still crap. Was hoping she'd elevate them this season, but no. Conversely, Kahanna is slaying in that department.

I thought Jessica was the winner of episode 1. Great lip sync from the Assassin! Monica is no loss.

Episode 2 was enjoyable too! I thought Jaymes, Jimbo and Heidi were all level in the challenge but Jimbo’s runway edged it for her. I mean, what a LOOK! Jimbo has easily given some of the best runways in the whole franchise. She’s a runway assassin! But she will never win the cash prize with her lip syncing skills

The first two episodes were not great, hopefully it improves from here.

Definitely not a fashion season, Lala Ri and MKD already providing contenders for the Golden Boot Award.

I also wasn't the biggest fan of the first two episodes.

The highlight and by far was Alexis Michelle winning the Emmy for the first Untucked OMG her taking the scene from Monica was TV gold!

No idea why they cut the deliberation from the main episodes. Surprised no one else had a problem with that?

Kahanna as the winner I agreed with - though the first challenge was a big, awful mess IMO. Should have stayed the Talent Show for Episode 1 - that one is also more "fair" as it's All Stars, they are all coming back, some for the first time in years, so please let them do and perform what they're good at and what they like to show for themselves. Sadly, I also agreed with the bottom two and who was eliminated. Really love Monica and wanted to see more from her, but it was definitely her time to go out first.

Second episode was slightly better - I liked the SNL inspired skit, and IMO Kandy & Kasha were actually the best but I got why they were just save if runways are included. Kasha's runway must be one of the worst ones ever. Jimbo was great in the challenge and her runway (and the fact Pangina was the assassin) probably pushed her to the win. I also would've changed the bottom, I thought LaLa Ri was forgettable in the challenge and Kahanna's runway could've saved her instead, but guess an All Stars season isn't one if the first winner doesn't land in the bottom in the following episode...

Also don't think Jaymes deserved both high placements? Could've been Jessica for both episodes instead. She's definitely one to watch and super All Stars ready.
