Lauryn is a mystery to me.. i only know her as the singer of The Fugees. I think during the heyday of Napster i did download that album by her.. but deleted it bc i remember that it didnt impress me at all.

Living Proof did the "Cher does dance music for her gheys" a lot better IMO. Metro's productions on Believe sounded so similar, it was almost like one long album of remixes since every song sounded the same

lol at so many listing Cher's Believe last... and here i thought everyone associated with the rainbow flag would be obliged to worship that album like the second coming of yeezus. Dont get me wrong. I loathe that album.

97-98 was a great era IMO

    Velvet Rope=ROL (these two are about equal to me)>Alanis' SFIJ>Bjork's Homogenic>>>Blur's Blur>>Radiohead's OK Computer>>>Mariah's Butterfly>>Daft Punk's Homework>>>Tori's From The Choirgirl Hotel>Garbage's Version 2.0>>>Mary J's Share My World>>>>David Bowie's Earthling>>>>>>>Cher's Believe

I'm sure I'm missing some but those are the albums I most think of when I think of those years

I feel like such a shallow little shit... a guy I've known for years just unveiled his new look after losing a ton of weight and shaving the facial hair off that I never thought did his face justice and suddenly now I'm resisting the urge to flirt with him lol (My partner and I allow the other to webcam other guys, just nothing physical or emotional LOL)

what about Choirgirl and The Globe Sessions? :(

from the ones I know from this list, my rank would be like

From the Choirgirl Hotel > The Globe Sessions > Supposed... > Homogenic > Ray of Light > Impossible Princess

    all cool tho

"Impossible princess" is basically her "Ray of light" musically speaking, in fact its not much different. The only difference is that one was successful and the other wasn't. It is by far Kylie's best album.
